The ideal location is a short five-minute drive to the town of Todos Santo ("Pueblo Magico") and just a 10-minute walk to the beach/ocean. The modern architecture includes a polished concrete interior with an outdoor terrace to enjoy panoramic views of the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean and to watch the whales jumping! This 500 sq. foot studio, includes a kitchen area with full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen amenities. It includes a king-sized bed, bathroom with shower, covered parking, heating. air conditioning, wireless star link WIFI for full internet, and TV with multiple stations (Netflix, Roku, Apple TV and more.) Other amenities include a pebble tec, lagoon-style swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor shower. Whether you're exploring this beautiful region of Mexico or just looking for a peaceful paradise, you'll feel right at home in this inviting space. We moved from Arizona to Todos Santos Baja California Sur, after visiting many towns in Mexico. It's like a step back in time where everyone is so friendly, the ocean is magnificent and the sunsets are second to none.

This is truly a "peaceful paradise" with beautiful ocean breezes, wonderful restaurants choices, shopping in this quaint artist town and enjoying gorgeous sunsets, whale watching and the nearby turtle release sanctuary.
