• If a party or gathering does occur, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the extra cleaning and maintenance required.
• Any damages or excessive cleaning beyond this fee may result in further charges.
• Noise complaints or disturbances may also result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Cleanliness & Care
• Please remove shoes at the door in cases of inclement weather to help keep the home clean.
• Please do not cut any food or place hot pans directly on the butcher block counter. A cutting board is provided for your convenience.

Smoking Policy
• No smoking is allowed inside the house. A $50 charge will be applied if smoking occurs indoors.
• Smoking is permitted outside the house.
