The morning view was amazing! I loved being so close to the beach and having a pool! The bedrooms and bathrooms were large, clean and well equiped. It would be really nice to have kings instead of queens in the guest rooms. The kitchen was amazing and dinning open and spacious. Decor clean and beautiful! The extra living space downstairs was great for those that stayed up late. All beach and pool toys, tents, beach towels etc. were included. Truly just bring your clothes.

Fabulous Weekend

Wonderful house on the beach. The perfect place for a family that includes grandchildren, children, and grandparents. The house provided everything we needed to enjoy a fabulous weekend of swimming, playing games, cooking and hanging out.

family get together

The nine family members all enjoyed the stay here. There was plenty of room. We chose not to heat the pool due to the hot weather, so the water was refreshing. The beach is lovely as is the view of the beach from the house. The kitchen was well stocked; the dishes and glasses of all kinds were plentiful, including plastic for outside. it was nice to have beach chairs and beach towels provided. Very happy with our choice.

Taylor Family Vacation

This property is showing its age. Has that 90's vibe to it because not updated in forever. Large home in an awesome location. Bed in master bedroom is so hard I couldn't sleep in it. Had to leave the doors open in the living room entertainment center because it got so hot things would overheat. The outdoor furniture is old metal and plastic chairs. There where bikes at the house but locked up so couldn't use them. All of wood on the decks is very weathered and rough. We did have a good time for sure.....Just at this rental price bracket my expectations where not met.

Thought the property, is showing signs of wear and tear.

All the locks would not lock back. Code provided did not work. Took almost an hour to get a new code from rental company, then took 2 other codes before it finally worked. Elevator stopped working first day, which was an inconvenience since we had elderly people with us. House was not very clean. House was adequate for our vacation, but was expecting a little nicer accommodations for what we paid. But island, community, and beach were amazing! View from second level amazing!

A little slice of heaven!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this magnificent home. The furnishings were gorgeous, the views and location were incredible. Kitchen was fully stocked. This house offers something for everyone. I especially loved the various sitting rooms where some could view TV while others could converse and others could quietly read a book! Beach chairs were provided as well as bicycles...all of which my family enjoyed.

Great End of Summer Vacation

The house was perfect nothing we would change. FANTASTIC Ocean Views and Access to the beach. House is very spacious and easy to spread out. The pool is perfectly placed to get some shade in the afternoon after a day in the sun on the beach. We will definitely return.

All around great!

Wonderful location - right on the beach (via dunes), quiet, less crowded than other areas of the beach. Lots of amenities and beach equipment in house and best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental property. Was perfect for our multi-generational family!

Anniversary Beach Week

This house was everything we expected!! We never tired of the view of the beach-!! House is well appointed - tons of dishes glassware & lots of bikes, beach chairs, floats etc … would definitely do again!

Beautiful Beach front home!

We loved our stay at this home. It was perfect for our family. The view is incredible. The home is lovely. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with manager was easy! We will definitely be renting again.

Girls Trip

We had a great trip in Hilton Head! The house was amazing! Highlights were definitely biking around the area, walking on the beach (my friends know that I am not a huge sand lover but this beach was PERFECT!), playing pickleball (in our tutus:-), and great restaurant choices. It was my first visit to Hilton Head and I absolutely fell in love with the area! I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Great stay in Palmetto Dunes

Lovely house with all amenities provided. Location is amazing, walking right out on to the beach. Property management team was very easy to work with and provided all the information we needed for our stay.

Hilton Head Beachfront Property

Property was as described. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of living space and bedrooms to easily accommodate us. Location in Palmetto Dunes was ideal and the views are wonderful. Well maintained and furnished rental. From bath and beach towels, kitchen supplies, Sonos entertainment speaker set up around the house and outside, beach chairs and toys, and bikes to tour Palmetto Dunes. Had a wonderful time.
