Casa de lujo de 6 hab 6 baños a pocos pasos de la playa (para 18). Piscina climatizada y bañera de hidromasaje. 8 televisores en casa. Cable, Roku, AppleTV. Wifi. AC, todas las comodidades del hogar. A pocos pasos por el sendero (sin caminos para cruzar) se encuentra la playa. Playa amplia, hermosa y poco concurrida (no cerca del acceso público a la playa). 10 minutos caminando por la playa hasta el Sea Pines Beach Club, bar, restaurante, lugar de reunión con música en vivo. Fabuloso golf cerca. Pruebe Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes o los cursos PGA Heritage Classic, todo a 5 minutos en coche. Esta casa de vacaciones está muy cerca de la playa, camino de playa privada justo afuera de la puerta de atrás. No hay acceso público a la playa, por lo que nuestra playa es muy tranquila y no está llena.
4 camas, una habitación con 4 literas, una habitación con cama nido y 2 sofás cama. 6 habitaciones cada una con baño completo.
El calor de la bañera de hidromasaje no tiene costo adicional, el calor de la piscina cuesta $ 400 adicionales por semana. Pero el calor de la piscina definitivamente no es necesario de abril a octubre. El verano es horario estelar en Hilton Head. Pero la primavera y el otoño son encantadores en Hilton Head, ideales para la playa, el golf, el tenis y el ciclismo simplemente porque no hay tanta gente ni mucho calor. Los restaurantes están abiertos pero fácilmente disponibles y no están llenos de gente. Disfruta de la universidad o del fútbol profesional en el bar local de tu equipo.

We loved the house. It was perfect for our extended family. The kitchen was great and we had plenty of room for all of the kitchen/food items we had brought. It was super easy to get to the beach. The family especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Great house!

There were some issues with the hot water but the owners fixed it as soon as possible and were very communicative throughout the process. They also refunded us a portion of our stay. This is our second year in a row staying in the house and it was a fantastic experience. We love the close walk to the beach and the spaciousness of the house.

Great family week

The house was great for our group. The house was nice and the right size for us. Very nice pool/hot tub and outside space. Plenty of amenities provided. The only change I would say is necessary is a new showerhead in the master. Other than that, we had the experience we expected based on the description and interaction with the owner.

Family Trip - August 2023

We take a family trip with our kids and grandkids nearly every year. This home was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. I only fear that the bar has been risen too high for any future trips. The close location To the beach was nice. The new pool and patio area are supreme. Our grandkids had a blast in it all week as well as the adults. I honestly cannot think of one negative. I had to contact the owner a few times and he responded very quickly. If I ever return to HHI, I will definitely book here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great House Great Location

Everybody in our party of 18 (one infant, 6 kids ages 5-10) and 11 adults loved the house - it is very spacious, with lots of light from the big windows, high ceilings and soundproofing. The infinity pool was fantastic. Everything was as described by the owners. Short, safe walk to the beach. It was ideal for our family. reunion.

What a beautiful home!

This home had everything! The pool was perfect! We had 16 people from the ages of 20 to 74 and everyone had a great time. There was room for everyone. The home was well stocked with everything from spices to pool toys. We could not recommend more!

Wonderful Relaxing Week Stay!

The house was beautiful, clean, huge, perfect for our family group of 9 people. So nice for everyone to have their own bathroom, and to be able to have our dogs with us. We made the short walk to the beach at least once a day, lounged in the pool and hot tub (paid to heat them because the last week in March can be chilly), rode our bikes from there all over Sea Pines, used the awesome outdoor grill, and cooked in the very well-equipped kitchen. Communication was great and our questions were answered very quickly. Thank you for a great week!!

Worth hitting the save for summer 2023!

Positives: The # of rooms and space were very nice! Rooms were very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook large meals and refrigerator space for the whole family. Plenty of space to move around inside. Big windows to let in the light. We enjoyed the week despite the construction to the pool/patio area. Arrived to find a nice welcome basket of chips and salsa and wine along with passes to the Harbortowne pool. The new pool/patio will be awesome when complete! The beach area was terrific. We love the wide beach and easy access! Thanks for a week of memories! The kids loved the bunks and upstairs TV. Negatives: The large open living area had little sound absorption so lots of echoing when talking, cooking or watching TV. The grill worked but difficult to control temp as burners were not working properly. Communication about the renovation left room for interpretation based on the pictures in the VRBO ad and general communication with host. Be aware that it is a complete reconstruction of the pool area—the pool and patio in the VRBO pic do not exist. It would really help renters if they could see what is presently taking place with pics through messaging. Not a deal breaker just want people to know the info. As a renter, it would be helpful to see the space and know expected work schedules while on vacation for this type of construction. The host did provide a big discount. This one is definitely worth checking out for summer of 2023! We love HHI!

Perfect location and house

We LOVED our stay. The location is amazing…easy walk to the wide open beach, fun bike ride or walk to the beach club. The house had room for our whole group. Owners were great and super easy to work with! We can’t wait to come back!

Thanksgiving Stay

The house is a great house with lots of room. Unfortunately, the pool, spa and deck is dated. The owner is replacing. The pool leaked and the water turned green during our stay. We had paid to heat the pool but the family couldn't swim or use the spa because of the condition of the water. The home was presented as a luxury home but the pool/spa was not in that condition.

Hilton Head Island vacation

Great location. Wonderful to have a pool and also a very short walk to the beach. Our family of 16, utilized both everyday of our week stay. Very fortunate to have had a week of great weather. Would recommend this property.

We love it in Hilton Head. Amazing beach just steps away. 10 min walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club for live music and restaurant and beach bar! Close to world class golf, Heron Point, Atlantic Dunes, and Sea Pines Harbour Town PGA courses are all within minutes. We also love playing tennis and there is great tennis here as well. Just up the street the Vandermeer tennis center offers daily instruction and open play.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Great house. Big enough for grandparents to bring down their kids and grandchildren and all stay together. Each of the six bedrooms has it's own bathroom, so each family can have their own space. Dining room is big enough for everyone. Modern TVs with Roku as well as good old fashioned cable. Huge fully stocked kitchen. Great pool and hot tub with heat for an extra cost (not necessary to heat the pool in the summer). Such a convenient location.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Staying here for Heritage PGA week is absolutely the BEST. Make sure to go to Heritage on Thursday to get right up next to your favorite golf pros as they challenge themselves on the Sea Pines Harbour Town course. The weather is wonderful here in the Fall and the Sping for golf and tennis. And everyone loves the beautiful summers for hitting the beach.
