The first floor of Cool Breeze feels like its own private retreat. With a separate entrance and a private porch, it’s the perfect space for a “mother-in-law” suite or a quiet escape for anyone needing a bit of privacy.

Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find the main living space with two additional bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and dining space. Two oversized porches offer beautiful Gulf views and plenty of room for the whole family to relax, dine, or simply soak up the coastal breeze.

Step outside to the expansive pool deck and enjoy a rare full-sized private pool—ideal for lounging, dining al fresco, or playing games together under the sun.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Cool Breeze for a fun, laid-back, and unforgettable beach vacation!

* 30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**
* No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.**

*$150 non refundable Pet Fee and $500 Refundable Pet Deposit Required. Please contact our office after booking to add your pets to your reservation.

*Guests will be required to be present at the property for any maintenance issues if you are unable to crate or contain your pet.

*Walton County does not allow pets on the beach without a permit. In order to obtain a permit, you must be a Walton County resident.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (10):
1st Floor - Master Bedroom - King sized bed, private bathroom (first floor cannot be accessed from inside the house, must use the outside staircase)
2nd Floor - Guest Bedroom - King sized bed, en suite bath
2nd Floor - Guest Bedroom- Two Twin over twin bunk beds, en suite bathroom
