Sea La Vie is located at Inlet Beach and is about a five minute walk to the world's most beautiful beaches in Florida. (See pictures for map and aerial view). Cottage beach style upscale home can easily accommodate and sleep 8 people in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath (link to 3D view of home in owner's info). 1705 square feet is all for you and your guests to enjoy. Inlet Beach is known for it's quiet and uncrowded beaches but right next door to all the great shops and restaurants along 30A, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach & Seacrest. Come and enjoy this beautifully decorated and comfortable home.

Renters must be age 25 or older unless you message me first please No smoking or vaping allowed in or near the house ($500 fee). Sorry no pets due to allergies. No parties or events.

Beach chairs and sand toys available to use and beach cart to carry all your stuff.

Security cameras (Nest) front door and back door for your security and ours.

Entry code for front door. No need to meet

Highly recommend! Wonderful experience, from the kind and prompt communication with the host to the beautiful home. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were downtown within minutes and could also walk to the beach. We hope to return someday.

Absolutely best girls trip!

Our group of 7 girls LOVED this house and location. Close to the beach, but not the beachfront prices. The entrance to the beach had clean bathrooms and parking, too. The house was fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, and beach chairs. The layout was great for groups. Loved it!

Fun Area

From the start, Jessica was very communicative with us and accommodating.The beds and the couches are comfortable, which is really important to us. The house was clean and has all the amenities you need to make an enjoyable,stress-free vacation.The house really is a five minute walk to the beach! And the beach is one of the most beautiful beaches you’d ever want to spend time on . We enjoyed g going to the restaurants and shops in walking distance Here, everybody walks and rides a bike. It was just really fun and relaxing weekWe would have no reservations about staying there again.

Perfect spot fot Beach Fun

The house was exactly as pictured on the listing. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, more than sufficient kitchen items to cook at home. The hosts had even left beach chairs and an umbrella for our use. Communication with the host was prompt and friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay!

Rosemary Beach

Great place for a family gathering. Big open space on the first floor to relax, cook and play games. Crossing I98 to the beach was a little scary. The county should put a flashing cross walk. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and chilling. Very comfortable setting.

Great location

We loved the spot this place was located! It fit our family of 7 so nicely! The cleanliness of the place was also top notch! Even though we chose to walk to the beach we enjoyed this little spot! We plan to Visit it again in the future! Thank you for such a cozy little place!

The most relaxing getaway!

We had the most relaxing time in this beautiful cottage for a quick little girls weekend! The beach was only about a 1/4 mile walk, but there’s also parking if you prefer to drive across the highway! Lots of room to sleep, hangout, and the cutest little back yard! Our group of 9 really enjoyed it! P.S. the extra blankets are IN the coffee table! We didn’t find them until the last day! Lol

Family Trip!

Darling beach house with quick access to Inlet Beach. Neighborhood is quiet and charming! Lovely beach decor — was perfect size for my family of 6. The trip crossed a road busier than we had anticipated it would be but didn’t present a big issue! Would definitely return! 🏝️

Wonderful time in backyard

Beautiful days and wonderful nights in the fenced back yard. We grilled fish and shrimp. The house was very clean and we had immediate communication and responses from the owner. We would stay again.

Family loved the house

We loved our stay at your house and really appreciated all of the accomodations, from beach chairs, to water and sand toys, to rolling cooler, along with a stocked kitchen and TVs in every room. The beds were also really comfortable and all enjoyed their rest time. Thanks so much for letting us stay and being so responsive for any question we had a long the way!

Great spot for a beach getaway

Really well apointed and well stocked property close to the bustle of 30A but in a quiet peaceful surrounding. Very convenient to public beach access at Inlet Beach which was incrediibly beautiful. House has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, beautiful furnishings with a beach vibe and plenty of parking.

Great Stay

Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. I thought the beach was closer, but it was still convenient. The house looked just like it was listed on the website. The property manager was prompt in returning our texts. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. The internet was kind of slow. Our overall stay was awesome!

Paradise!

Enjoyed everything about the house - large kitchen, dining, great room area! Coffee in the morning on back patio! Location was away from hustle/bustle and close enough to walk or drive to public beach. New 30 Avenue complex brings good restaurant variety closer. Can’t wait to return with rest of family!!

Cozy and easy

We did a girls trip and stayed for a long weekend. We had a great experience. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly. We loved the balcony (very good for taking picture). Everything was very cozy and clean.

Beautiful property

The experience was amazing. The property is beautiful, close walk to the beach and a close drive to many restaurants. The host is very responsive. My one complaint was the AC unit felt like it only worked in certain rooms leaving some hot at night. They did have a fan in those rooms to help but still not ideal. Also there is a smell in the water due to sulphuric acid in the Florida water and their filter definitely did not filter out the smell.

We love the beach and have taken our vacations here since our kids were little. The beach has always been part of our family tradition and hope it will be yours too. The beach is literally about a five minute walk and we absolutely love Rosemary Beach and the quaint shops and atmosphere reminds us of the little towns in Europe.
