When we arrived, I had to contact the host about the WiFi because it didn’t work. The trash inside the kitchen was full. The bikes were rusted, there is a hole in the movie room and there is a light that is about to fall out of the roof. The golf cart didn’t work and the host did not help and was extremely rude about trying to help with this issue. It is extremely obvious this property is not being managed well.

Amazing stay!! Booked for a girls weekend getaway, plenty of space for us all!! Beautiful art / decor throughout the space, very clean atmosphere!! Host was great at answering questions and communicating!! Great location with access to beach across and shops in the area.. the golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the stay!! Not far from Seaside shopping and Alys beach areas as well!! Will recommend and stay again!!

These is why this VRBO is average, at certain points mediocre, and a few outstanding. Location is superb, as well as the property distribution, but:1) the golf cart is broken2) the game room converted into a room had no electricity when we arrive, therefore it was too humid for lack of air conditioning3) there is a major electrical problem affecting: A/C in the game (converted) room, garbage disposal, and electrical outlets in certain parts of the kitchen. 4) the washing machine is not properly maintained, we cleaned and rinsed it before using it, TWICE, because it was dirty.5) the bycicles are broken6) the outside shower is also brokenIt is a broken gem, I hope they can improve and I am asking for a partial refund due to so many issues, but specially the lack of vehicles, which was the main reason we booked this property. The manager is responsible, but not to the degree needed.

This property was a complete nightmare and one of the biggest vacation disappointments we’ve ever experienced! The listing is extremely misleading, and we spent the entire trip dealing with issues instead of enjoying our vacation.We booked it specifically because it included a golf cart, yet it never worked during our entire stay. We have small children and walking to the beach across a busy hwy wasn’t feasible. The host promised someone would fix it the next day, but no one ever showed up. After that, the host completely ignored our messages. The house was dirty when we arrived. The “movie theater” room had trash between the beds, filthy floors, stained bedding, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. When we tried to use the vacuum it started smoking and tripped the breaker causing the electricity to go out so we couldn’t use the room at all. One bathroom had a broken lock we had to fix. The vents had dust that didn’t seem to have been cleaned in months. We had to buy extra pillows/blankets and wash all bed sheets our first night. No ladder on one bunk.This is not a true 4-bedroom home, and the advertised “4th bathroom” is just a broken outdoor shower. Also this does not sleep 16 as advertised. 9-11 max.The worst part was the complete lack of communication and lack of care on the host part. We did not hear from him after the first day, no effort was made to make things right or address the issues. No apology nothing. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else.

First of all I would like to start off on a positive note. Thomas was very good at getting back to me. I really appreciated that. However, I was so very disappointed with a few things. There was no 4th bedroom which must have been on the first floor. No bedroom with 2 beds. We are elderly and difficult to manage stairs so we were planning on taking the downstairs bedroom. There was a movie room which was added on adjacent to the back area. It had a tv and a loveseat and a couple of places to lie on the top to view a movie...but not a bedroom. The furniture truly needs to be updated. The bunk beds in bad shape. The 4 bikes had rusty chains and 2 of them were completely off. The golf cart was fun. The pool area had outdated furniture. They advertise a heated pool but it was NOT. The garbage on the side of the house was overflowing, and scattered on the ground leaving no place to put our trash. We picked it up and put it out for whomever was in charge of that. We loved the funky designs on the interior walls and decor. We did contact Thomas about some of these issues. He said he would address them with the proper people which didn't help us much but hopefully will be better for the following guests.

When we arrived the floors and toilets were dirty I went to get the vacuum and it was molded the host sent a new vacuum the next morning and offered to have them come and clean but I already cleaned it myself. It stated that there would be laundry detergent supplied but there was none so I went and got some. After using the washer there was mold all in my clothes so then I had to go buy bleach and run the self clean 3 times to get rid of the mold to be able to use the washer. There was a cabinet in there was room full of dirty sheets and towels some were stained and wet. The movie room where my kids were supposed to sleep smelt like wet dog. I have to empty the vacuum canister twice while vacuuming that room and I bought freshener just so we could stand to be in there. Keys outside that door were missing. It also stated that there were games and video games the only game in the whole house was Jenga. And now probably Panama City Monopoly because I accidentally left it. The grill was totally disgusting. I was not about to clean that to use it. The pit boss grill was left outside in the rain. I brought it around front plugged it in. It would not work. The bikes were pretty beat up. One of the chains was off and one of them. The brakes does not work. I was very disappointed, not worth the money spent.

The house was exactly as described in the listing, and everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was that the trash can’s foot pedal was not working properly and could use replacement.While we were very happy with the property itself, the location was not the right fit for our family. Although the beach access is only about a 5-minute drive (or roughly a 20-minute walk), parking was extremely limited and was consistently full during our stay. The beach was also very crowded, with a large portion occupied by chair and umbrella rental setups. We quickly learned that many visitors would reserve spots early in the morning by setting out their belongings, making it impossible to find a spot. Traveling with a 5-month-old made it even more challenging. My husband often had to drop us off at the beach, drive back to the house, and then walk or uber back to meet us. While this is not a reflection of the property itself, the crowded beach experience and parking challenges would prevent us from choosing this area again in the future.Overall, the home was excellent and accurately represented in the listing!

Overall the house had a cool vibe and decorated nicely. However after settling in we noticed there were no kitchen/ bath towels, body wash was not refilled, no paper towels, only 24 hrs worth of toilet paper left and all 4 bikes were broken. I told the owner about the bikes and towels and his response was quick and he tried to remedy it by sending some towels and body wash. My message about the toilet paper was ignored and never heard from him again. The linen closet was filled with dirty wet laundry from the previous guests, dirty dishes in the dishwasher not started from the previous guests and the bed that I slept in didn’t have a clean fitted sheet so they put a flat sheet over the mattress pad that kept moving all night. The bikes were a huge let down as I had 4 teenage girls with me and they wanted to get to town with them. There’s no parking with the golf cart in town so that was a real inconvenience.
