About the owner: New York natives who love Long Island and love the North Fork. We are both creative types, and so we appreciate the craftsmanship that went into the creation of this unique home. We love it with all our hearts.
Why the Owner Chose East Marion, NY, USA:
Truly built by a wealthy sea captain in 1860, it was owned by the same fishing family until the late 1970's. We are the fourth owners of this classic home, which has since been updated with modern amenities. The North Fork is like no other place in the world, and we have been to many! The fishing and farming cultures have engendered a work ethic and an appreciation of nature in the people of the area that we really love.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
You really feel the history of the North Fork in this house, in addition to enjoying the abundant nature
