My MLK getaway

The property was very clean and nice. The owner contacted me before the trip & gave me ideas on where we could eat & places to take the kids for fun activities. He was helpful and I was able to text him with questions during our stay. I’m looking forward to staying at this property again in the spring and/or summer.

Facility is great - Wayne is great - the actual location geographically is great but condo is close to road and down the street from an American Legion which resulted in noisy nights from loud cars and motorcycles!

Had an amazing week with my family at this rental. The house was very neat and clean and spacious! Wayne was a great house and very easy to contact.

Disappointed.

The house located very close to the Lake George stores and restaurants. On a beautiful day yes you can walk to it. Great restaurants. Pizza Jerks opened recently and it was good. The winter carnival is always fun to attend. Excellent communication between property managers. Had questions and they quickly responded via email. However, the cleanliness of the bathrooms was horrible. We had been at the same house the past two years. Bathrooms were always up to par. This year was not. The half bathroom toilet was disgusting. Someone used it and had major stomach issues. The two bathrooms upstairs no one even was cleaned. Toilets or the showers and tub. The shared bathroom had hair on the drain and toilet not cleaned. The master bathroom had shaved hairs in the shower. Of course I had to clean up. Would not have let my children use the bathroom until I was done. No extra paper towels were left under the sink so we had to buy. We were disappointed.

Wonderful stay

Moms Getaway

Stayed with a group of mom friends for rest and shopping. Very spacious. Great location. Kitchen had essentials but no kitchen towels- not a big deal. The downstairs bedroom was very cold for our November in the Adirondacks stay. We finally found a space heater to use. Then the downstairs bed wasn’t made but linens were found on the top floor. All problems solved but just little things. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return!

great family girls weekend at very nice property

Townhome was great - very clean and organized. We loved the fact that everything was labeled - instructions for internet, tv and all light switches identified - made everything so easy. The layout of this town home is great - very open and bright. We loved it! Thank you!

We had an excellent time

Everything was great the house was excellent and the contact for the rental Haydee was very professional. The only thing I would say would have been more convenient would have been to be able to access from the garage as we had to go all the way around to open then come down to open the garage and back door. But that is the only thing otherwise we were very very pleased and the kids had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location!!!

You cant beat this location. Walking distance to million dollar beach, restaurants, and so one. Home is large and had no issue accommodating our large family. Very clean and easy accessible owners. We will be back here again for sure!!

Wonderful weekend

I stayed at this property during Memorial Weekend. This property is beautiful, clean and very modern. Property is exactly as photos. Very spacious & clean. We were 1 of 3 families that stayed, total of 11 people and we could have still been comfortable with 1-3 additional people. There’s 2 living room areas and 2 dining areas AND an outside patio table with a grill. With that many people we had no issues with bathroom space as there is 4 bathrooms (1 is by the entrance of the rental) The master bathroom is gorgeous with a jacuzzi tub! There is no need to bring your own linens or blanket as that’s provided. There’s also a washer and dryer by master bathroom which comes in handy when you travel with young children. If you do travel with children... there is a garage and since this is an end unit on the property, the kids were away from incoming traffic. They played in the garage and on the grass area by the house. Or if the garage isn’t needed as a play area, this property can hold 3 cars (2 at property and one at designated car spot) The place is walking distance to the beach but catching an Uber isn’t an issue, if needed. I will definitely returning here during the other seasons. I highly recommend this location.

The property was great, all linens were provided, the location is within walking distance of the beach. We had an issue and the property owner immediately responded and took care if it, great service. I would definitely recommend staying here. There is a garage to store items in and the 3 1/2 baths really help when you have multiple families getting ready at the same time, plenty of seating to eat and also lounge since there are 2 tables and 2 living areas.

A nice place to relax!

A family of 8 women stayed at this unit for relaxation and bonding. The rental management Evolve was informative, from the time I booked to the time of our stay. We had some issues when we got there that evening, we did what we had to do and notified the rental manager. She responded immediately but we had fixed the issue already. The following day early in the morning we were awaken by lots of noises, the unit/ siding was power washed and one gent was on the porch with his power washing tool and our drape was open. The owner told me he had no control of the timing of the washing because he was not even notified but the guy on the deck should have knocked to let us know but didn't. We stayed in this nice unit for three nights and were comfortable. My advise is to have more towels and newer once. There were eight of us. The unit is three levels and plenty of rooms to move around. Modern amenities! The owner was very responsive to my concerns and really love his unit. Therefore I recommend that as renters, use the unit as if you own it. We will rent this unit again. I would recommend this to anyone.

Cleaned and comfortable.

It was great stay at this property. Everything was thought of for a relaxing stay. The owners left crayons, construction paper and game boards for the kids. Also sleds were left in the garage. We did used them. The rooms were very comfortable and great closet space. Bathrooms were cleaned and stock with towels, bar of soap and shampoo with conditioner. The only thing you need to bring are your clothes!!
