About this property

80 yards to water! Community pool, newly built, families welcome!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa is the left-hand side of the Duplex Cobia. It has a 2-car garage in which you will find 3 bicycles and a 2 persons kayak which you can use during your stay at this well decorated home.

As you walk into the house you will see the very welcoming living room with comfortable couches and 55-inch smart TV. For your convenience this house has a half bath on the first floor.

The dining room is located next to the well-equipped kitchen.
Up the stairs you will find the Master bedroom with a King bed and a TV. The Master bathroom has a large shower and double sinks.
The second bedroom has a Queen, and the third bedroom has 2 Twins. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination and double sinks.
The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
This house offers free WIFI and has a gas BBQ.

Bring your own boat, docks are available for rent, and we can accommodate boats up to 26 ft. The Marina has direct access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing, dolphin watching, scalloping and swimming and in the winter visit the manatees at the Homosassa Springs.
The community has a nice swimming pool with a large pool deck with lounge chairs.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

What a great place to spend thanksgiving!

We love being on the water so it was perfect to take our boat and cruise up the river to restaurants or out to the gulf! Everything was close and the house was really clean and had plenty of room. It had everything we needed to cook at home or just eat in. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful brand new villa on Homosassa River

We had a great stay at TradeWinds Resort and stayed in a beautiful brand new 3 bedroom villa. We enjoyed our stay with scalloping on the Gulf (app. 20 min.) and we rented a boat slip during our stay. When we had a question our host responded immediately. We will be there again soon!!

TradeWinds Homosassa Marina Resort is a very special place especially for boat lovers and fishermen. All the luxury villa's do have a boat slip for rent. Our property is on the Homosassa River with direct acces to the Golf of Mexico (app. 20 minutes).
