Unwind in this newly remodeled Crystal River pool home with a floating dock for boat parking. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 queen bunk beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 3 full bathrooms offer a mix of showers and bathtubs, along with amenities like a hair dryers and iron. We have a huge living and dining area so you get to relax with friends and family when your done enjoying the great outdoors. Enjoy all the conveniences of home during your stay with this place. Come and enjoy your time in Crystal River at this beautiful home.

This house sits right on a point so you have great waterfront views and conveniently located close to a boat ramp. A large outdoor pool with area to grill with plenty of seating and lights, so you can use this space day or night. This connects to a covered patio facing the water. From all of these spaces you can easily access the house and with the great views, it will become your area to hang out and gather.

When you walk in you see a large open kitchen area with a big dining table so all can gather and eat, relax or play some games. This is attached to a large living room with large window sliders with great views of the water and steps to your boat. We have a brand new large tv in the big living room.

All bedrooms have sliders, new tv's and easy access to a bathroom. Most all of the bedrooms have views of the water or the pool area.

Off of the living room and kitchen are sliders which lead to a nice covered screened in area. This has seating and a great area to watch the water. This leads directly to the large pool area which is also enclosed. Here we have many areas to sit, watch the kids swim or grill out and enjoy the beautiful views. We have a propane gas grill for your use and and at night you can turn the outdoor lights on and you can continue to enjoy this area.

If brining a boat or two the closest boat ramp is located at 2380 N. Suncoast Blvd, Crystal River. You can google Crystal River Water Sports (crystalriverwatersports.com) and it is located behind the Days Inn in Crystal River.

This place was amazing. The photos do not do it justice. We had our Sisters Reunion here and couldn’t have been happier. It is very large, clean and beautifully done. The view out back is so relaxing. What stood out the most was what the Host provides.You could tell they put much thought into their guest comfort. They had spices in cupboards, k-pods for the Keurig machine, creamer, sweetener etc. Also there was plenty of garbage bags, paper towels,toilet paper. Extra towels and wash cloths! Shampoo, crème rinse. Sunscreen. Laundry detergent.You name it they had it. Fully stocked kitchen appliances and cookware! They even provided bug spray for the Florida mosquitos.The beds were very comfortable and love they chose King size beds for 2 of the rooms.I gave the pool area a 3 stars only because it could have been cleaner. It wasn’t too dirty that you couldn’t swim in it as a few of my sisters did go for a swim. Although it is heated it wasn’t warm enough for me. But I am a wuss when it comes to water temperature. We would definitely return and are thinking of having our next family reunion here just so we can come back! Just book this place…you will love it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Chris was very responsive. Place was clean and a great place for a large family gathering. Comfy beds, nice linens, lots of nice touches to make the stay enjoyable. All rooms have an outside entrance and the screened in porch was a great place to hang out. The rooms are large and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. TVs in all rooms too. The pool is large and once heated was really warm. We fished off the dock and enjoyed the kayaks and ping pong table. Kitchen was well stocked with everything for cooking. Def would stay again and was a good value.

The pool area was very nice with a lot of space. The living room/kitchen area was very large and open and had all of the items we needed to cook. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely amazing home. We had the best time on our girls birthday vacation. The host thought of all the extras we could possibly need while staying in their home. We definitely recommend this property, and we can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

This was a beautiful home. 4 adult friends each got own bedroom. Large open living area and screened patio very nice. Perfect for our stay to see manatees. Pool was lots of fun! Our stay in September was off season for manatees but did see 4 on boat tour. Our last day a dolphin and a came to backyard inlet to say bye.

We had the best time. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. I completely was blown away with all the coffee, spices, cookware etc. Outside was peaceful with the waterway, even saw a Manatee! Scalloping was good and fun. We have great memories with our stay. I cant say anything derogatory at all...except i wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Ill be booking this again no doubt! Happy

A Piece of Paradise

I am always a litte skeptical to rent a place that doesn't have several reviews to read. I have to say this place exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell it is newly remodeled. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space overlooking the wide canal. Our family of seven plus their friends that came by to hang out in the pool and kayak had lots of room. We had everything we needed with all the little extras that were provided. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and for allowing dogs. My mom was able to join us with her dog and greatly appreciated it.

Me and my wife rented this house for 4 nights as we traveled with our dog thru Florida west coast, and wish we could stay longer. The house is newly renovated, spacious and well equipped for longer stay. It has very large pool that we really enjoyed with our dog (lab). We used the kayaks couple times, but without the boat is almost impossible to see all the beautiful nature in the area. The house is located in very quiet place and we really enjoyed to sit outside right next to water where only few boats slowly passing. Very appreciating Chriss the manager of the property for his profesional approach to immediately resolving any issue and checking if we are satisfied. Overall,we really enjoyed our stay in this house and if we’ll go again to Crystal River area, we would love to rent this place again.

It was really nice! Newly remodeled with plenty of room for the family. We loved that it had a dock as we brought our boat. Plus we could fish off of it with the grandkids if we didn’t want to go on the boat. The yard was in a lot of shade & made it really nice. If we needed anything or had any issues, we contacted the owner & took care of everything! I would stay there again! Oh and the neighbors we met were really friendly as everyone we met in Crystal River!

This was an absolutely beautiful home! It was very clean, well decorated, in a prime location with all amenities needed available, the owners were great communicators and it was perfect for our two families!
