Welcome to The Vegas Vacation Villa – a peaceful, single-story retreat in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is filled with luxurious touches, bathed in southern light, and styled with lush plants, genuine leather sectionals, and quartzite countertops. Enjoy high-quality cotton bedding, a dedicated office with a curated bookshelf, a private patio with twinkling patio, and basketball net — your perfect Vegas home base for work and play!

This VRBO listing is on a property that includes two units: the main house (this listing) and a guesthouse on the other side of the property. Each unit has a separate entrance and no shared interior access. Both units have an emergency exit door that opens into the garage, but the garage is not for guest use and remains locked except in emergencies. You may occasionally see other guests in the driveway or by the trash bins. For everyone’s security, exterior cameras are located at the entryways and in the driveway.
