The place was clean and very nice. Good value and the backyard is just right for dogs. Host was right on time and he made checking in & out extremely easy. The location is a few minutes from the strip which made our vacation even better. Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our purposes. We only spent one night there, because we were flying out of Las Vegas the next day. But it was very clean, very well stocked, and exactly as advertised. The bedrooms & bathrooms were large & nice, there is lots of closet space if you need that, and the beds were really comfortable. We were there during the NCAA Basketball Tournament, and the big screen TVs were great for watching some games. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, and we would highly recommend this property.

We loved this place. Everything matched the listing 100%: all the promised amenities, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, strong WiFi, etc. The house was spotless and clearly cared for. Amazing first stay!This was my first time staying in a place like this and it was a great experience. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and easy to access.The host was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful, which made the stay even better. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. We wanted a place near hiking as well as the strip and the location of this house was perfect. The decor was simple and tasteful, everything was clean, and comfortable. If anything the house could use a bigger sofa a maybe some more kitchen stuff (like a frying pan) but we still had a wonderful time. Thank you Kem!

We rented this property last minute for a hockey tournament, it was central to all three locations. However, it is has it limitations. The kitchen lacked pots and pans to cook a full meal for 4 adults. There was only three wash clothes for four adults, these were the only linens on the property. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and utensils when we arrived and the house smelled of cooked food even though we arrived 21 hours after our originally scheduled time. we had difficulty using the entry code the 2nd day there and had to contact VRBO for assistance. I have attempted to contact the host regarding some of these issues and more since but have not received a response to date. I would not rebook this property nor would I recommend it.
