This luxury two bedroom two bath condo offers serene tropical decor complimented by the soothing sounds of the ocean right outside your door.

Fully appointed kitchen includes Keurig coffeemaker, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Girls Trip

Awesome ground floor condo! We throughly enjoyed our stay!A couple of little things to be addressed:Kerig coffee maker needs to be replaced ( you have to hold the handle down the entire time the coffee is dripping or it stops).The shower liner needs to be replaced in the front bathroom (old liner is brown and mildewed).Also, a small lamp would be great to have in the twin bed room.

We make our reservations ahead of time so that we don't miss out on the unit that fits our vacation style. We have tried other resorts but they don't measure up to SEA CHASE.

Beautiful condo and location to the beach

Condo is beautiful and in an amazing location being on the 1st floor. You miss a little bit of the view due to the patio railing but it's still super nice to be so close. The gnats were still an issue (other reviews) but not enough to call for service. Biggest complaint is the lack of daily necessities....the amount of money paid for a 5 day stay and you still have to go out and buy your own trash bags, toilet paper, dish scrubby, dawn soap, hand soap etc. It was well equipped with dishes and cookware and we ate at home a lot. The master bed is ridiculously squeaky which was annoying but beds were fairly comfortable. All in all, it was a great stay and we loved being on the first floor. We will definitely be back !

Perfect location....but....

Property location was perfect...1st floor right outside pool....However the sliding glass door was unbearable...had elderly parents with us and we could not open the door with ease at all....My back is killing me from opening this door. Called management they came out and sprayed WD40 which didn't work and we were told that is the best they can do. Master access to same patio....door was bolted shut...could not open at all. So we fought with the door the majority of the time......Other than that the condo was very nice !!!

Reviewer Comments: We’ll start with the good things: ground floor was awesome being able to walk right off the back patio and straight to the pool or beach. The complex itself is amazing. 4 different pools and hot tubs and all were so nice. The bad things: our room had a mosquito and gnat problem. When we arrived, there was water standing outside the front door. Lots of mosquitoes and gnats congregated there. Every time we opened the door to come in or go out, they would fly inside. My daughter slept in the front room the first night and woke up with bites all over her face. Gnats would fly in my ears when I was sleeping. It was awful. Also, the jet tub in the master shoots out black mold bits. King mattress was not comfortable, the furniture is not the same as the profile picture.
