Chase a little bit of heaven in Orange Beach, Alabama, at one of our newest rentals, Seachase 305C! Seachase is a luxury resort that is conveniently located right on the white sandy beach, as well as close to many restaurants, shops, and activities in Orange Beach. It also has many onsite amenities to provide you the perfect piece of paradise, whether you go out or stay in.

Seachase 305C is located in the middle building on the western corner of the third floor. It has been freshly decorated with inviting hues and furnishings, creating that beach vibe even when you are just sitting in the living or dining area. Both of these have comfortable furnishings to allow for active socializing or just relaxing.

The condo has beautiful beachfront views from both inside and outdoors on the balcony. Once you are ready to retire, there are three bedrooms all with flat-screen TVs and private baths to help you relax and unwind. The Master has a King bed, the second guest room has a King bed, and the third guest room has two Twins. There is also a bonus sleeper sofa, perfect sleeping space for extra family or friends!

Once you decide to venture out, the state of the art, onsite amenities will help make the whole group's beach vacation even more amazing. There are multiple outdoor pools, including a zero-edge and infinity pool, and a children's wading pool with a mushroom water feature. There is an indoor heated pool with a skylight in case you're visiting in more chilly weather. There are also three outdoor and one indoor whirlpool spas, as well as two saunas. For our active guests, there is a fully-equipped fitness center featuring beautiful gulf views and a lighted tennis court.

Of course, you've traveled to Orange Beach for just that- the beach! Sticking your toes in the white sand and taking a dip in the blue water is right at your fingertips at this beachfront resort! Take a stroll along the water, work on your tan in the sun, pass a frisbee, or boogie board in the waves- the beautiful beach has something for everyone. Overall our stay was great. Limited time in the condo so the negatives were easy to overlook. We would consider staying here again. Just needs some tlc. Pro: great location. Large condo unit with great views. Nicely decorated. Very quiet and laid back. Amenities were great. Washer and dryer looked brand new and were a huge plus. Kitchen was well stocked. Separate ice maker was great! Overall the unit was clean but see cons. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Cons: overall building seemed older. 2nd bathroom shower needs some work. Loud when water is running. Shower head always sprays water even when filling the tub. Walls could use a fresh coat of paint throughout the unit. Deep clean is needed as there was dust around the bathroom vents and door to utilities. Shutters were mostly broken. Furniture and seat cushions had quite a few stains. We had an ant issue but maintenance addressed quickly for us but not before they got in our food. Shower curtain in 2nd bath had a lot of mold but they addressed this quickly and replaced. Just seemed like this should be checked with every cleaning. Bathroom towels had stains and could be replaced. Again the cons weren’t deal breakers for us but worth mentioning. Orange Beach is a wonderful place with so much to do!

Overall had a lovely stay at Sea Chase in Orange Beach. Condo was well furnished and clean. Facility was nice and not too crowded. Only suggestion would be to have access to more than one key fob for guests.

Sea Chase 305C
Upon arriving there was a mix up at the gate house as they showed someone still in the condo and after a 9 hour drive we were wanting to get in and settled. The property manager, Pritchett Properties, did answer right off, called the gate house ASAP and helped correct the issue but there was a storm coming in and that delayed us 30 minutes outside at the gate. The property itself was nice overall. In our wks stay, the main pool was down on 2 different occasions, was fixed & back up within a day. The place does have 3 outside pools and 1 inside along with hot tubs at both. The indoor pool area had a very pungent strong smell that wasn’t only chlorine. So it was hard to stay in there and swim. The condo unit itself was very nice. It did look like there was some shotty patch work going on. There was several wall sheetrock patches that were not complete or painted, 3 I believe. There was a busted tile out on the balcony that needs to be fixed ASAP, and a large running crack in ceiling in living room, The master bath had one of the two sinks stopped up the entire stay & the first night thehot water ran out in master bath area and shouldn’t have.All in all, it was a very nice cond, the furnishings and bedding was up to date, the tv’s are all flatscreen, there is an awesome in cabinet ice maker that made icing down a cooler daily a breeze! Kitchen was adequately stocked with everything you’d need for a stay, utensils, pots, pans, dish-wear. More so than other condos I’ve stayed at.
