With only a handful of private villas on the entire resort, our villa is 1 of 6 with the largest floor plan. The Space:
Our villa features 3 gorgeous bedrooms and 3.5 baths, designed for comfort and relaxation. The one-story floorplan is perfect for spending time with friends and family. Enjoy a glass of wine in the private jacuzzi with ocean views.

You'll find the master suite with an ensuite bathroom, including a luxurious bathtub on one side. We also offer another king room and double double. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen open directly to the sunny veranda. Here you’ll find outdoor couches and a beautiful gas fireplace—all perfect for relaxing and soaking in the serene atmosphere. Take a stroll down to the cliffside restaurants and pools of the world-renowned resort.

We provide all the comforts of home, including luxury grade linens and towels, toiletries, a washer and dryer and a veranda with heated hot tub.

Your concierge can arrange a private rental car, pre-arrival groceries and schedule boat charters and water activities for your group.

GUEST POLICY
* Pets: Dogs are welcomed with an additional fixed fee of $500 set by the resort (You will pay this fee directly with the Terranea upon check-in)
* The villa is fully cleaned and serviced by the highest standard provided by the Terranea Resort
* As our guests, you will have 24-hour complimentary shuttle services to and from the villa and the front of the resort as an alternative to walking
*There is a $250/night authorization hold for all Terranea guests. The authorization amount goes towards possible incidental charges during your stay. This is an authorization by the Terranea, not a charge.
