We really enjoyed our stay. The whole process (e.g., check in) was seamless, and Susan responded quickly to all communication. The place was great -- especially the kitchen! And it was very nice to have convenient laundry. Great location too. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in a great location! Our hosts were lovely. We slept well in a very comfortable bed and cooked every day in the fully equipped kitchen. We’d happily book again.

Great location for a Bay area visit. The garage entrance requires some practice but it's doable. Would have been nice to be able to leave the car outside somewhere. Very impressed by the power of the tiny AC units. We didn't see a house manual so garbage day was pretty confusing. Would stay again all the same.

We loved out stay. The place was clean and very nice. We had an issue with the lock on the balcony door, but, Susan was quick to respond. The location is convenient to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Muir Beach and a short drive to Napa and Sonoma. We loved having the garage. Other reviews said they had trouble getting the car in the garage as it is a tight turn. We tried backing in and it was so much easier. The only criticism I would mention is that the kitchen could use a couple more sauce pans and a small pot. That wasn't a big deal to us though.We loved this place and would highly recommend.

Susan is a great host. The space was perfect for 2 people for a several-week stay. Would happily stay here again and will recommend friends/family stay here when visiting Marin. Really good neighborhood & location as well.

Absolutely adore the location of this property. It's quiet and just a few minute drive from a very cute little town that has all the essentials and some great restaurants. The area is beautiful. Definitely drive up to the top of the hill and check out the little park/look out at the top. It has an amazing view of the bay. The apartment was very clean, updated, and had a great feel. You immediately feel at home. Communication was great, couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!

Best deal in Marin County! Everything was great: beautiful, quiet neighborhood; close to lots of restaurants & downtown Mill Valley, which is super cute; comfortable beds; amazing kitchen. All this, and only 20 minutes from Golden Gate Park! We will definitely stay here again.

My husband, son and I really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! The space was clean and cute with an excellent kitchen area. We really appreciated the garage parking space and access to laundry. This cottage is well situated to SF and the Marin parks. Property manager, Susan, responded quickly to our questions. Check in and check out were seamless.

Clean and tidy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a small but nice balcony overlooking the bay. Easy communication with owner! Garage was useful. Great view, though limited space for suitcases. Overall recommended!

The garage was convenient for our bikes and the laundry but very difficult to use for the car because of the narrow opening. We scraped the side of the rental car trying. We stayed over 3 weeks and the closet should have been emptied of all the extra linen so we could use the shelves for clothes. Note that one side of the bed has very little space between it and the wall. Inconvenient if you get up at night frequently. One very annoying thing was the jute area floor rug: uncomfortable when barefoot and it sheds little fibers everywhere, especially if you walk around in socks they get covered with them. The couch is an old sleeper sofa not comfortable to sit in. On the plus side, great location and the little outside sitting area was very nice. Heating units worked great the few times we needed them. Kitchen is very clean and nicely equipped but we had frequent problems with the ice dispenser clogging up. Bathroom was fine, plenty of hot water. TV had streaming options that were much appreciated.I would suggest that this is best for one person or perhaps 2 people for a shorter stay. Kudos to the host who was always helpful and responsive.
