Family-friendly Pondside Hideaway For Gathering & Entertaining

New to Moultrie/Thomasville areas! The most beautiful property with abundant wildlife and walking trails. Located just 7 miles from downtown Moultrie.

Perfect space for friends and families to gather. Includes all of the amenities you will ever need. Kayak, paddle board or fish in the 2+ acre pond. Swim if you feel inclined! Home includes spacious dining (inside and on the screened patio) for your group to gather.

Home includes 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Families w/ children! - small room w/ crib & rocking chair included.

Pets are welcome, but must be approved by host. Pet fee will be charged.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
Please place used towels in the laundry room.
Set thermostat to 76 in summer or 65 in winter.
Place kayak and paddle board in original location.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds. Must be crated if left unattended.
All house events must be approved by me beforehand.
Do not access exterior shelter behind house. Do not litter, especially in pond. Litter and evidence of smoking subject to extra fees.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. They had travelled there to complete a multi-day project. They each said it was nice, at the end of a long day, to come back to a warm, welcoming house to relax and unwind instead of a motel room.

We had a great stay at this property in Moultrie. The location was excellent—very convenient and close to downtown, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area.The property itself had plenty of space and was very comfortable for our group. Everything was well maintained and made for a relaxing stay.The host was gracious and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moultrie.

I’m originally from Woodstock GA, but now consider myself a south GA girl. Our family relocated to my husband’s hometown of Moultrie during the pandemic. We live about a six mile drive from the property. I’ve loved meeting our guests since opening our property to VRBO renters in September 2025. I’m here to make sure your stay is exceptional.
