1 bedroom guest house that sleeps up to 10. Queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, 2 queen air mattresses, 1 twin. Full kitchen - stove, refrigerator, and microwave. 1 full bathroom w/shower and a 1/2 bath. Cozy, quaint space in a quiet neighborhood on 3.5 acres. 3-4 miles from all major restaurants. 2.5 miles from the Diving well and approx. 8-10miles from Expo. Grill on the deck and a fire pit in back yard. Private parking and WiFi. NO PETS and no local reservations unless prior approved.

Celebration of Life for Uncle Pete!

Always a great stay!

This was the fourth time that we have booked with this property and host and it is a perfect stay EVERY time. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Thoughtful. This host knocks it out of the park. We’ll be back again and again.

This is the second year we have stayed here. The home is very comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of extra touches. We plan to stay again if we are in the area.

Feels Like Home

This property was just as advertised. We well stay here in the future for sure. With family in the area, this will be our home away from home when we come down to visit. Excellent property and owners i would recommend this to anyone. Thanks for the great experience.

Outstanding Stay

We booked the Cottage for a weekend stay. It was a total of seven adults, and we all were impressed with the property. The Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. We visit this area often and have decided that for future trips, we will definitely be checking the availability of the Cottage.

Family business

The property was clean. The hosts were friendly and nearby if we needed them. The house is cute and comfortable with a beautiful setup. This is a beautiful property in a VERY nice quiet neighborhood. We have already booked again with them for the spring!

Highly recommend this property, you won’t regret it.

Exactly as described, quiet and comfortable with everything you could need. the property owner(s) are amazing and worked with us on a last minute change with additional family members tagging along. Next time we are in Moultrie this will be our place, and bummed out for sure if it’s not available.

Quick family trip

The place was immaculate. Had everything my family needed. We were down for a family reunion. Not around the home much but was comfortable while there. Owners were quick to respond to any communication that was needed. Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome Place

Our stay was awesome. The place was clean and stocked with extras that you don't normally see at vacation rentals. There were several different treats available and a well-stocked coffee station. The cottage is in a very quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to town. The owner was friendly and very helpful with the questions that we had. The only bad thing about the stay was that we could only be there one night! We highly recommend staying here if you need accommodations in this area!

few minor issues but very nice overall

One of my issues was that we could never get the cabin warm enough. This may have had something to do with it being one of the coldest nights we've had in Georgia in a while and also combined with the fact that there was a note left saying do not turn the heat above 75° I did not wanna violate any of the contract and be charged. so we didnt not rasie the temp .The cabin was very drafty the first night we left we turned it down so it wouldn't run while were at dinner we came back into a very cold cabin. Second issue which I believe should have been mentioned in the description that is located by a highway that cars can be heard all night long especially trucks with loud exhaust. Which apparently there are plenty in the area. We only really use the cabin at night to sleep while we were gone during the day at our convention but overall we enjoyed our stay there very nice cabin very well decorated and comfortable bed.

Lawanda is the best host of any VRBO or other companies that we have stayed at. She always has extra treats for her guests and is very responsive to messages.
