We furnished this unit like we would if we were living there. Very comfortable & sturdy furniture. Comfortable mattress, super soft linens, sheets & towels. Kitchen stocked with what you need for making great meals. New as of January 2023: LVP flooring, interior paint, Smart TV, rugs, washer/dryer and LED light fixtures.

Located near Catawba Valley Med. Ctr, Frye Regional Med. Ctr, LRU, Downtown Hickory & shopping.

We were looking for temporary housing during our move from out of state. This place provided a comfortable, homey place for my family while we searched for our forever home. The unit is safe, clean and very comfortable and has all the features of home. The location is quiet and peaceful with respectful neighbors, while being minutes away from the best of Hickory! Would highly recommend to anyone needing accommodations in the area that wants a home away from home! Meredith, the host, is very caring and responsive!
