Our family has been coming to Crystal Mountain for over 40 years. Growing up with this gem has enhanced our lives greatly. Memories are made each time we visit. The family atmosphere is truly amazing, and as a year round resort anytime is a good time to visit. We now have three vacation rentals here at Crystal Mountain, as our family has expanded so has our network of friends. We invite you to experience all northern Michigan has to offer. At almost 2000 sq. feet, this custom built home has open concept floor plan was built for entertaining. Covered front porch, a large back deck with dining table and plenty of seating. There is also a huge master suite with glass shower and Jacuzzi Tub. The great-room has a large 50” Smart TV, sofa and love-seat, Reclining chair, that is perfect for kids or adults that want to relax or be entertained while others gather in the large gourmet kitchen with center island that easily seats 13+ for meals and is fully stocked for multi-family extended stays and cooking. This home has newer Serta Mattresses and bedding throughout, newer furniture, BOSE Bluetooth Sounddock, Three Smart Tv's and much more to keep everyone comfortable. House has two large full bathrooms. A river rock stone gas fireplace creates a cozy main family room, with a flick of a switch the fireplace throws out additional heat for cozy comfort and relaxing ambiance. The house also has a great outdoor rear deck overlooking the beautiful meadow with an eating area, newer Weber propane grill l & large firepit area with plenty of chairs that are great for relaxing while catching up with friends/family or grilling your fresh catch of the day. Plenty of room in the front & back yard for those outdoor games

Full-size washer & dryer are also at your disposal for your extended stay. Located just a 1/8 mile to the entrance of Crystal Mountain Resort & Spa you have access to skiing, golf, biking, spa, indoor pool/hot tub and fitness center, outdoor pool and waterpark, high-ropes and many other activities available. (Daily Nominal Fee) So close you can even hear the snow making machines in the distance during ski season! The house is also a short drive for day trips to Arcadia & Frankfort Lake Michigan Beaches, downtown Traverse City, Crystal Lake in Beulah, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Manistee, Platte River rafting and many other areas of interest. There is even a newer rustic distillery (Iron Fish) just down the road and a Mead/Wine/Beer tasting room (St. Ambrose Cellars) that is just 10mins. north. Miles of State snowmobile trails just down the road and ATV/Snowmobile rentals close by as well. (Just over a mile) So many things to do and places to see that are close to the house, although the quiet and peacefulness of the place may be all that you need. House has central air conditioning as well to keep your group comfortable!
