Welcome to Pinecone Cabin! Nestled amongst the pine trees on a quiet cul-de-sac, this newly renovated and beautifully decorated multi-family cabin is perfect for recreation and relaxation! The home has 5 bedrooms plus additional queen room, 3 1/2 bathrooms (including a newly upgraded and renovated master bath), laundry room, entry hall mudroom, large recreation room with ping pong, Foosball, and table shuffleboard!

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances opens to expansive vaulted living/dining with new, large dining table, floor to ceiling windows, stone gas fireplace, and large screen smart TVs. High speed WiFi throughout the cabin.
Fire up the gas grill on the large front porch or relax by the newly built back patio and firepit surrounded by tall pine trees to enjoy the Northern Michigan outdoors in any season!

Awesome as usual!

This is a great property that we have stayed at many times. We are a group of 8 golfers and there is plenty of room for all of us. This year we made ribs and during the process one of the guys said “I forgot a basting brush” to no one’s surprise they had a basting brush available. The property manger has always been great to work with as well. We hope to be back again next year.

Merry Christmas

Stayed with family for a ski trip a few days before Christmas. Kitchen is very well equipped, beds were comfortable, great room with fireplace was warm and cozy. We were very pleased and will rent again !

Ski Trip

Great place for our annual family ski trip. Plenty of space to share with family. The log cabin style home and decor is a really enjoyable setting. A short drive to the slopes. Great service by host and management team. I highly recommend this property for your stay.

Great for a large party

Our family of 9 stayed comfortably in this large house. The grounds and interior are beautiful. There are a lot of games in the basement for entertainment at night or on rainy days. Two suggestions for making the place perfect: the wifi is weak and inconsistent (cut out sometimes making streaming tv a little difficult), and the temperature gradient in the house is significant (people on 2nd floor were hot at night while the people is the basement were cold).

Beautiful home - excellent location! Can't wait to come back!

We visited Crystal Mtn for a long, holiday weekend with our young kids and their grandparents and stayed in the Garrison home. It was absolutely beautiful! There was so much room for everyone to spread out, but yet it still seemed nice and cozy/homey. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we've ever had in any other rental properties. The living room fireplace made the house so cozy! Our kids loved playing outside in the snow in the large front yard and down the road in the cut de sac making snow forts with friends nearby. We were all able to spread out for sleeping, with 3 different levels for the bedrooms, which is SO convenient when traveling with young kids. I also loved the clean laundry room for the same reason! And the lower level game room was such a hit! I can't say enough great things about our stay. We got back home last night and immediately started looking to see when in our schedules we could come back. ***The location to Crystal Mountain and all the activities, ski hills and dining was also perfect. Just a very short drive to it all - or a longer walk, totally doable if not in ski boots. Thank you Garrison family for sharing your home with us.

Golf trip

A group of guys stayed here for a golf trip. The property was great and met all of our needs. Plenty of amenities and close to the golf courses. Host was accessible and accommodating, had a great time. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Crystal Mountain Resort is a jewel in Northern Michigan and there is always something to do! The Crystal Spa is an award winning venue and certainly should not be missed. Activities galore! Great food on site! Fabulous pool for kids! Take a casual stroll into the resort village and take in one of their nightly activities.
In the summer enjoy golfing and swimming at the resort or kayak at the nearby Betsie River. In the fall take in the beautiful colors on a hike or bike. In the winter it's time to hit the slopes, just minutes from the cabin.
