City Tax: A city tourist tax of €2.8 per person, per night applies and will be collected separately upon arrival, as required by local law. This is a standard policy implemented by the city of Antwerp. If you’d like more details, feel free to ask, we’re happy to provide information.

Home : We do not wear shoes inside the house, so please bring slippers for indoor use. For the backyard, you may also want to bring outdoor shoes or separate slippers for comfort.

Pool use: The pool is open seasonally from June to October and is regularly cleaned. Please note that pool towels are not provided, so we kindly ask you to bring your own.

Quiet hours: Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

Pets: We share our home with a cat, so please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet, it may not always be possible. That said, if you have an allergy or any concern about the cat, we’re happy to make arrangements for her to stay elsewhere during your visit. Just let us know ahead of time, thank you for your understanding.

No smoking: Smoking indoors is prohibited. There is a designated smoking area in the garden.

Long stays: We welcome stays of 7 days or more, with optional extra cleaning and linen changes available.

Security cameras: There are 3 security cameras located outside the house. (1 backyard , 1 front yard, 1 doorbell)

An automatic pet feeder with water dispenser is available in the home.
