Welcome to our cosy 2 bedroom nest in Tel Aviv Old North neighborhood. This is the perfect spot for a family vacation, close to Basel square, Dizengoff street, Hayarkon Park and the Tel Aviv harbor (Namal). The apartment is bright and spacious, it has one master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and a common bathroom with tub. Transportation to the rest of the city is as easy as it gets with buses, metro and city bicycles available all around.



THE SPACE

The living space is open and bright thanks to its large windows. It is divided between the living room, the dining area and the kitchen.

Dining area with a table which can accommodate up to 6 people.

Fully equipped open kitchen.

Master bedroom: 1 queen size bed, full height closet, en suite full bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, chest of drawers.

Extra full bathroom with tub.

- Central AC/heat.

- Bed linens and towels provided for each guest.

- Washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

- Iron and board.

- Hi speed Wifi.

- Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper.

- Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Coffee, tea and sugar. Dish soap.



EXTRA SERVICES UPON REQUEST (48h notice. Prices incl. VAT)

- Baby bathtub: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Pack 'n play: 100 ₪ per stay.

- Wooden crib: 500 ₪ per stay.

- Baby high chair: 50 ₪ per stay.

- Stay-over Cleaning (Available Sun-Thu from 9am until 7pm): 90 ₪ per hour + 20 ₪ transportation fee. Minimum 2 hours.

- Linen & Towel Refresh (Available Sun-Thu from 9am until 7pm): 110 ₪ per bedroom. Includes new bed sheets, pillowcases, bathmat and a set of towels per guest in the bedroom.



GUEST ACCESS & INTERACTION

The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay.

Our team members do their best to be available for our guests, either in person, by email, phone or messages.

We personally greet our guests on request. Should you require such a personal check in please let us know in advance.

We will be happy to answer all your questions and provide recommendations for your stay. Our team members speak English, French, Hebrew, Russian and a bit of German and Danish.

PASSPORT AND VAT

- The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment.

- Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price.

- The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats.

- Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT.

- VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property.

- The management reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Basel square is home to many cafes and eateries, only a few steps from the apartment.

Dizengoff street is about 5 minutes away and boats an impressive number of designer boutiques and bars as well as retaurant.

For some family time, the Hayarkon Park is also a short walk away.

The Namal (harbor) as well as the beach are about 10 minutes away.



GETTING AROUND

You can do everything on foot or rent a city bicycle from a nearby station on Dizengoff or Even Gvirol streets.

There are countless buses running on Dizengoff street which will take you about anywhere in Tel Aviv and around. If you plan on using buses or trains, you'll need to purchase a RavKav card (available at the airport or in the train stations) and load some money on it using the RavKav app on your phone.

Lastly we recommend using the app Gett to order taxis when needed.
