Sandi and Peter have a beautiful property! It was a lovely getaway for a girls weekend with my teenage daughter. They were so hospitable and made sure everything was acceptable. The adorable cottage where we stayed was very clean and ready for us upon check-in. We hope to be able to come again sometime! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay at this quaint cottage in Middleburg. Sandi was a very welcoming host. Great communication throughout the process leading up to our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Horse Country Hunt Box

My friends and I came to hunt in the plains & middleburg & this was a great location to stay. Sandy was a great host with good communication with us before the stay. Cottage was easy to find & well appointed. Will definitely stay here again.

Quaint and convenient lodging

Stayed here while I was attending the Middleburg Film Festival with a friend and it could not have been a better fit for both of us. The beds were nice and made up, the kitchen was extremely handy and Sandi was easy to contact whenever something needed to be cleared up. It's a perfect spot for a person or couple to stay at while exploring Middleburg.

Weekend stay for family wedding

We enjoyed our stay at the the cottage, perfect location to wedding venue and after party. Host contacted us with the check in info we needed and answered our questions promptly. Beautiful horse country, quiet wooded cottage!

Retreat in the country

A lovely property so convenient to the horse show in Upperville and downtown Middleburg. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer and I’m looking to returning next year.

Great location!

The cottage is in a perfect location! Close to all the major site seeing attractions, wineries, etc. The host was very nice and communication was great. For coffee users - the house comes with a keurig and the hosts provided k-cups so you don't need to bring your own coffee unless you're particular :)

Incredible cottage for 2

The cottage was immaculate and very well appointed. Everything was there and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating. We wod certainly recommend it. The location, service,, cleanliness, countryside are all 5 stars!

Cozy and quiet

We enjoyed our wine trip in this cottage which was beautiful inside and out. We loved the hummingbirds. It was centrally located for many wineries. Sandy was an excellent hostess checking on our needs.

Extremely clean and peaceful

Sandi is a great hostess. The cottage is just so cute, adorable, and efficient /sufficient. Extremely clean. And their lawn is very picturesque and peaceful. Highly recommend this rental.

Clean, cozy, and cute

This wonderful little cottage is conveniently located in a quiet area just a few miles from the heart of main street Middleburg. The spacious living room boasted comfy seating and beautiful classic decor. The kitchen and bathroom were very tidy and had everything you would need for your stay. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was large with plenty of storage.

Perfect for our needs

I rented this cottage for a business associate who came to town to do some artwork for us at our nearby Middleburg property. He said the property was clean, quiet, and so close to us. The host was wonderful to work with. I definitely plan on booking with her in the future.

Comfy and quiet

After car broke down and we had an unexpected extra guest who drove out of her way to help me, host accommodated our emergency for an extra expensive fee. Other than smell of mold the cottage was comfortable and we enjoyed breakfast outside in the garden area. Owner lives on site and is super involved with the guest experience.
