Sister town, Clarkdale is three minutes away with a great Copper Museum and Verde Canyon Railway that explains the history of our small mining towns. Visit the Native American ruins of Tuzigoot while you are in town, raft the Verde River to one of our many local wineries, or cool off with a swim in Oak Creek Canyon.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay in this property! The house was everything we needed as it’s within walking distance of the many things Old Town Cottonwood had to offer.
Great location and great property. Spacious living room, nice kitchen, great yard. Just a small walk from all the best places in town. We were able to do some laundry to freshen up our clothes. The back bedroom ran a little warm. May want to check into the AC for back there. Overall lived it and great for my family's stay.
Wonderful location…easy access to hiking and all we wanted to do. Traffic noise from street house is located on. House was clean and well stocked. Carpets in bedrooms were very soiled.
This home was in the perfect location. A short walk to downtown Cottenwood restaurants, unique shops, coffee shops and so much more. Clean and had everything we needed.
We found this property to be well stocked, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The sofa provided plenty of room for four adults to spread out, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets, and the location is walkable to the shops and tasting rooms on Main Street. The lack of a long list of checkout requirements was appreciated as well!
Great location, walking distance to everything. Very nice house with accurate listing and all rooms were clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property; we would stay here again.
Great updated home within walking distance of old town shops and restaurants. Kitchen is well appointed. Family room has lots of space to spread out and relax.
