This was a perfect location with ample space for a girls night get-a-way! We all loved the location and would definitely return! We stayed in the crab unit but would be very interested in renting all four units with a big group for a fantastic beach vacation. Teri was quick and friendly in all of her communications - easy check-in & check-out process! Would highly recommend!

Very nice unit. Will definitely book another stay in the future. Everything was very nice and clean. For being a pet friendly unit, you wouldn’t know it. Walked in upon check in and everything was fresh and clean. Perfect location and quiet neighborhood. Teri was very accommodating.

Well, we couldn’t possible be more obsessed with the crab. Location is superb, property is gorgeous and loved. Pet friendly and person friendly. You wouldn’t be able to make a bad choice on the whole property, plus great parking. No need to check any other listing - this is perfect!

Short Beach Getaway

Our daughter was visiting from California and wanted to visit her hometown beach. We found everything as described, beautifully decorated, easy checkin and checkout. We loved our stay!!!

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect rental, the view was spectacular, the condo was very clean and very well equipped. Plenty of room for a guest or two.

Great ocean front stay

What a location. We usually come to New Smyrna about twice a year and this time our stay was out of this world. Clean, ample space, and a view like no other. Will for sure be staying again.

Perfect location

My family and I had a great stay! Awesome beach access from house and beautiful views. Spacious rooms. Very close to restaurants and walking distance to the tiki bar. Would definitely book again. Host was very prompt in communication with us.

Great Little Getaway

My husband and I, along with our two dogs, stayed at this property for a little beach weekend. The location was amazing, right on the beach and directly next to an access. It was also walking/biking distance to great restaurants. The property itself was clean and easy to access. Would visit again!

Perfect Place!

My husband and I knew from the moment we walked in, we found exactly what we were hoping for … clean, cozy & comfortable.. lots of room and a view that makes you want to stay forever! our little dog was happy and the golf cart made it extra special .. thank you Teri for having us and we will definitely be back. 🏖️

Great location

Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Being able to just walk out directly on the beach was incredible! The other guests staying at the other units were not only very nice, but extremely knowledgeable about the area! One couple suggested a local restaurant that was an out of this world experience! We truly had a wonderful time. Our host was very responsive to any issue or concerns that we had. Highly appreciated and respectful!

This unit was amazing. The owners responded very fast and communicated well. There was a small issue but they immediately went over and beyond to fix it. My family will be back very soon thank you for your hospitality!

Perfect Getaway!

We got lucky and booked this for a quick weekend getaway. It was perfect for our needs. Our dog was very welcome, and the deck was blocked off for him to be able to enjoy the perfect ocean view with us. Several great dog parks in the area as well as many local restaurants that welcomed him. We had medical equipment delivered the day before our arrival and the host took care of this for us. She also welcomed when we arrived as well as carried half of our luggage to the room for us. We could not have asked for better accommodations.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views, right on the beach. Only negatives were there was no hot water so taking a cold shower was not so pleasant. We heard a dog barking a lot downstairs. Also there was a wedding party going on so there was a lot of people going in and out which made a relaxing getaway not so relaxing. They were partying on the beach but all these people were on the property off and on. Was a little disappointed and not being able to enjoy a golf cart for the day. They were all taken assuming for the wedding party. I understand first come first serve but seemed a little unfair for other guest. And lastly some of the blankets smelled that were on the couch. Luckily we brought our own. Otherwise place was clean and very accommodating. Views were breathing taking. Thank you

Great Beach Retreat

This property was everything the description described and more. We loved staying here! The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were fantastic. The location was perfect! The beach was ideal for families. The owners did a great job of adding a lot of nice touches to make it feel like home. It didn’t lack anything. They also did a great job with providing detailed information about the property to make our stay very enjoyable. Next time we come to Florida we would love to stay at this property again.

very comfortable, direct beach access

The pictures are true to life. The place was spacious, well supplied with the basics, and everything was super comfortable. I've stayed other places where it seemed all the furniture came second hand and was very uncomfortable. There was a reclining sofa, recliner, and 2 other chairs. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It is gorgeously well kept. The owners always responded within an hour if not immediately to any questions we had. I would love to come back for another stay!
