Freshly renovated Florida bungalow in great location. Walk to the beach, Flagler Ave., and tennis/pickle ball courts with playground. This is a monthly rental in an excellent location on a quiet street. Easy public access to the beach. There is not a back yard, but the front yard is fenced with a nice patio area to sit and relax.

Wonderful Vaca Spot in Great Location

Host was amazing and communicated well. Property was so clean and perfect for our family of 6 that visited. The kids loved being near the beach and we loved all the shops and restaurants that were SO close to the home.

We absolutely loved this rental! The safe neighborhood and the fact that the beach was within walking distance were major highlights. Plus, the property manager was incredibly attentive. We’ll definitely be booking again!

My husband and I were so happy to find Carole's place! We loved the location while we were working over Thanksgiving at the Speedway in Daytona. The property was super clean and had any amenity that you needed! We loved the front yard that was fenced in for our girls. Quiet street also! Conveniently located in NSB and close to our favorite restaurant... The Garlic. We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful experience

We has a wonderful experience during our stay! The location was perfect, lots of restaurants within about a mile and the area was very walkable, including walking to the beach. The house was great and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Overall an excellent stay!

We loved it!

We just loved our stay. The place was so clean and comfortable. Loved the neighborhood. So close to the beach. The Host was so accommodating. We've already made plans to stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an absolutely amazing time. The house is perfect and the owner thought of everything. The house was fully stocked and the front yard worked out so well for our doggies. Cannot beat the location either. Did not want to leave :)

Wonderful welcoming beach oasis!

This NSB getaway was absolutely perfect for my family! It’s just a few short steps away from the beach where we spent most of our time. The hosts of this little bungalow could not have had been more hospitable! My family and I have stayed at quite a few places over the years and this up to date beach getaway had it all. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience!

Great rental

This was the perfect place for us! Location near beach, Flagler and all our favorite restaurants! The home was well kept, clean, plenty of closet and bathroom shelving and space. Kitchen was totally stocked! They even included beach chairs and umbrella! Very pleased! We will return again!

Ocean Vacation Cottage

Our cottage was only a 5 minute walk from the beach and we stayed for the month of February 2024. The cottage looked new inside and out. The owner met us at the property and showed us all we needed to get started. The owner was responsive to phone texts for our questions after he left. We were impressed with all of the amenities from beach equipment to parking for two cars. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Great house!

This was our 3rd year staying in New Smyrna for an extended length of time, so we are familiar with the area and this house was a great location. Quiet street. 4 min walk from front door to beach. 8 min walk to Flagler and 8 min walk to the garlic and heaths health food store (2 of our favorites) the house was completely spotless and decorated nicely with lots of extras! All of the beds were comfortable. Which was great bc last years house we were not as fortunate! There was a small fenced in yard out front which was perfect for our 2 small dogs and 2 small children! The house looks exactly as advertised but I would say even cleaner and more comfortable than I would as expecting. We had a great stay and would definitely return to this home.
