Cozy Colorado River Escape Close To River, Laughlin, Lake Havasu & Needles

3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home. Great neighborhood and neighbors look out for one another. Very clean and very cozy with all the right amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Open floor plan for the kitchen, living room area. Master bedroom has a California King bed with a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds. Beautifully decorations make this home feel very spacious and relaxing.

Winter months require a 4 month minimum.

There will be up to a $500 fee charged for violation of our pet-free policy for deep cleaning and sanitation services.

Working vacation

The property and Levon made my work vacation possible, 12 hours a day for 2 month straight gets old quick. Levon and his wife made sure I had everything I needed too make my stay in their beautiful house possible. They are great hosts.

Wonderful home

Me and my family booked a getaway stay at this wonderful home nice and quiet neighborhood within short distances to Laughlin and the river. We enjoyed all of it. The beds were nice and comfy. Lots of space you can’t ask for anything else we enjoyed ourselves.

Great home, close to the river

Normally stay in the same neighborhood, tried this house to change it up a bit. Host was great and communicative. Only issues were compiled in one night... no water due to coty maintenance for a few hours and internet went out for the same ammount of time. It was not the hosts fault but i wish they woulf habr offered some type of compensation. Instead i requested a late check out and they still charged me the fee. Otherwise great stay.

Great house with garage

Very clean great house located about 2 miles from Needles CA. The house is about 40 to 50 minute drive to Laughlin and Bullhead City. The house is located in a farming community of Alfalfa growers. Weather was good but very windy during our stay.

Great house in a good location

My sister and I chose this home as it's midway between one family in Fort Mohave and the other family in Needles. Great restaurants and groceries are within a 15 minute drive. The home is nicely laid out and well kept. It's well-stocked with kitchen equipment (although it could use some dish cloths). The ice maker isn't hooked up so bring a bag if you want cold drinks. The master bedroom is huge with a lot of storage. The 2 smaller bedrooms are comfortable with closet space not but not much (if any) drawer space. Arika and Levon are great hosts and super easy to work with. I would return again!

Great house, 4 miles from Colorado River

First in for most they were a great host! Super communicative, and responsive. The house while 4 miles from the river, what is an average house with not many amenities but overall was affective for what we needed. My only issue was not being able to move the air conditioning below 75 degrees. Unfortunately we went on a week where it was in the 120 range, so it was challenging to get comfortable in the house at times. I am confident the owners did the best they could to make it work for me. I would definitely recommend this house to friends. I even left my shoes accidentally in the closet, several pairs to be exact, they were quite expensive. I am working with the host to get them back to me ASAP. They are good people!

We originally purchased this home for our summer pleasure as it offers lots of entertainment and recreation activities! We love the area and have visited here for many years prior to buying this home. There are exciting events all year-round from watersports to OHV recreation, to Casino entertainment. This area has it all. Our hope is that others will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

It is in a nice quiet community with friendly neighbors and it's centrally located to many destinations such as, Laughlin, Lake Havasu, Lake Mohave and has lots of local entertainment as well. It is close to the 40 fwy so it's easily accessible for those coming from long distances. It is also surrounded by nice places to eat, things to do, and is very close to Jack Smith Launch Ramp and not too far from Topac 66 the "Colorado River Party Headquarters" and Pirates Cove, where people from all over like to hang out for partying, dining, relaxing, and zip lining.
