Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Cape Coral. Beautifully decorated 2 BR 2BA condo, first floor, walk out to pool overlooking Rubicon Canal. South Cape, most desired vacation location in CApe Coral. Community hot tub and pool. 5 minute drive or walking distance to downtown SE 47th Terrace and Cape Coral Parkway East. Short drive to Water front Dining options, Tarpon Point and Cape Harbour.
Full Kitchen with instapot, waffle maker and essential cooking supplies!
Private screened in lanai with just a few steps to the heated pool and jacuzzi. Lanai overlooks the Rubicon Canal which leads to the Gulf. You may even see a dolphin or two in the canal!
Close to all the restaurants and nightlife Cape Coral has to offer. Two bikes are at condo for you to use and explore.
Minimum 1-2week rental,
Stay During December for a 50% discount if you book the month!!
