Relaxing canal home with private pool located near many popular restaurants and shopping areas.

This 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom vacation rental comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. There are (3) queen beds and (2) futons included. The home has around 1,900 square feet with (3) bedrooms, (2) bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, large living room, entertainment room, and laundry room with washer and dryer. Walk to the local bars, restaurants, and shopping to avoid traffic. Excellent property for entertaining family and friends!

This property includes free complimentary internet, (6) Smart TVs, (2) desks with chairs and monitors, all bedding, towels, (2) hair dryers, iron, dishes, pots/pans, silverware, crockpot, washer and dryer, and fully furnished in all rooms.

This is an ideal property if you want to be close to nearby shopping and restaurants and still have your own private pool and water access. There are nearby boat rental companies that will bring a rental boat to the dock at the property and have it ready for you.

For the first time in 15 years we were “stranded” by a VRBO host. We found this place and the host responded immediately and turned our stress into relief. The place was exactly what we look for. Nice patio, pool, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Very conveniently located near many places to eat and quick access to everything else. Thank you!!

The property was mostly very clean. The pool area furniture was not. The pool deck needs a good scrubbing and a resealing. The pebble decking tends to stick to your feet. The pool itself was lovely. Was nice to have a TV poolside for watching while floating. We had a great time.

Great House

Great house. Lots of room. Pool and hot tub was awesome. This was a great, relaxing vacation. My niece loved that the Boba Tea place was right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house!

We had a fantastic stay at this house. It was very comfortable, and well appointed. The pool was probably our favorite spot, but there was also a nice dining room table that was well-lit enough to do puzzles. The only negative is the proximity to Del Prado, which is a very busy street.

Great location and beautiful patio/pool area

We have family we were visiting in Cape Coral - my sisters and I stayed at the house and worked remotely. The house has 2 very nice work stations. But the highlight of the place is the patio/pool area. Clean with everything you need to cook, work and relax

17 Nights

We stayed 17 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! We used the pool every day, relaxing and watching the iguanas on the dock. The house had plenty of space and lots of TVs. Everything was clean and well kept and just as depicted in the pics. (Although, there is a grill that isn't pictured.) The location was very convenient. One block to food and 2 blocks to Wal-Mart. We would definitely stay again!

9 day family work trip

We brought our family down to help replace a church roof that was damaged in the hurricane. The house is very spacious and was perfect for our family. The pool was terrific after a long day of work! Walmart is across the intersection which was very convenient for late night supply runs. A few things that would have been nice to have that were not available: Laundry soap Extra Garbage bags Extra toilet paper and paper towels The pots, pans, and other dishes were well supplied and I appreciated the extra pillows and blankets! Thanks again and God bless!

This property is wonderful! It’s within an hours drive to Fort Myers Beach, downtown Fort Myers (River District), Sanibel Island, and Naples. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, top-notch…very kind and timely communication. The area is perfect for adventures like I stated above, local restaurants, shopping, and the house is ridiculously cute and comfortable. The beds are 10/10 (Serta Perfect Sleeper), and the lanai/heated pool is perfect!! I’m a clean freak and the cleanliness is also 10/10. It’s not a newer area of CC so you do have mature palm trees in the yard and CC charm (both on my preference list), also gulf access from the canal in the backyard. Saturday mornings there’s a nearby market to buy fresh fruit and many other fun things!!

Wonderful stay in CC

Location of the house was wonderful, very quick to stores and restaurants. The house was great, pool was a very nice size and temperature, did not even use the pool heater. Had to clean the pool out each morning for the tiny gnats that can make it thru the lanai but only took few mins. The iguanas that come out daily was pretty cool to see from the pool area. Only negative was the canal and fishing, likely due to the heat but only got 1 bite the whole time, used artificial and live bait. Canal has ton of bait fish and nothing was chasing them. Location to Ft. Myers/Sanibel Island beaches were not too long and with traffic was only heavy around normal rush hour times. Definitely would stay here again and certainly worth checking out if you are in the area! Thanks for sharing your home with me and my family!

Super Aufenthalt, sehr gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und die Einrichtung ist neuwertig bis neu. Das Haus liegt zwar am Ende der Straße, das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Gärtner kamen 2x in der Woche und haben gemäht, einmal jemand für den Pool. Es gibt 6 Fernseher, einer davon am Pool. Gasgrill ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich war das vierte Mal in Cape Coral und es war das beste Haus.

We love coming to Cape Coral!! Pool was great, house worked out amazing!! Saw lots of iguanas and even a manatee in the canal. Close to stores for easy shopping!!

Best VRBO Yet

We were looking for something close to the WO Franklin Campground as my Sister & her husband were camping over Memorial weekend there. I ran across this during my VRBO search and it looked amazing as described, but when we arrived it was even more than we ever expected! The price point for this home is amazing as is every amenity! We will definitely be back and hope to check out the boat rental next time. Tyler, the owner, was very gracious and quick to answer all emails. Great job Tyler! Please don’t hesitate to rent from him…you won’t be sorry! Tip: Click on the map provided in the VRBO email confirmation. If you enter it in your GPS it will take you to the opposite end of the canal.
