Σε μια έκταση 2.000μ², μια βίλα 134μ² και ένα μπανγκαλόου 20τ.μ., χτισμένο με οικολογικά υλικά και πρότυπα, απλώνεται σε έκταση 2 στρεμμάτων, προσφέροντας ένα περιβάλλον διαβίωσης που χαρακτηρίζεται από κομψότητα και άνεση. Πλήρως επιπλωμένα και εξοπλισμένα μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως 4 άτομα, συν 2 επιπλέον επισκέπτες σε ένα κομψό μπανγκαλόου.

Excellent villa, host and location

The property, gardens and facilities are first rate and a a significant notch up on equally priced villas from companies such as James. Our first day is normally buying dishwasher tabs, toilet rolls etc,, this villa is fully equipped including wines! Dionissios is a superb host and owner. Villa 100m from a private beach, excellent taverna 200 m away and towns 10 mins drive. All in all the best villa we have stayed in over the last 20 years.

2 peaceful weeks by the sea

If you really want to feel free and away from the hustle and bustle of daily life this is definitely the place to stay. The villa is beautiful with all the amenities you need to just relax. The sea is 200m away and it is quiet! I swam in the mornings at 9.30am and there was no one around. The villa owner is a wonderful host and will look after you throughout the holiday. There is a brilliant local restaurant on the seafront which you can walk to and eat well at. This is our second stay at Casa Alta Mare and I would recommend it to everyone. It’s a joy!

Beautiful, relaxing and peaceful

The photos for this villa and its situation don't really do it justice. We had such an amazing holiday at the foot of the Corfu mountain with the sea just metres in front of us. It is a gem of a place. The villa is impeccable, modern and comfortable with everything you could need provided. Special touches like the garden lighting, the organic garden - packed full of every kind of juicy tomato, and the outdoor kitchen and various lounging areas, make it really relaxing and peaceful. It really does make you feel like you have escaped from real life for a bit! The sea is a 5 minute walk away and the beach is super with fab swimming and snorkelling. You are also not far from the busier beach near the lake and its a lovely drive through the hills to the Water Park which was a major hit with our lot. All in all Casa Alta Mare is just a wonderful place to stay and discover the peaceful side of Corfu. Thankyou to our hosts too who were fabulously welcoming and helpful!

We stayed at Villa Casa Alta Mare for two weeks, what can I say!? - It was one of our best holidays ever! What a beautiful villa and what a super location in this amazing private property with just a few steps down to a gorgeous beach. Dionisis, the owner of the villa, and the whole team are very professional, welcoming and helpful, delivering exceptionally high quality service for the guests. They took such good care of us and for a mother of two this was really vacation in all senses, Dionisis was so kind and offered to cook proper tradinional Greek food for us few times which was an absolute bonus , so I didn’t have to worry too much about cooking. We absolutelly loved all the dishes, they were an absolute delight to eat and we thought he was a professional cook, we will never forget that roast chicken and grilled calamari, Yum !!! The villa itself is newly build to a very high standard , exquisitely decorated, clean, with lots of amazing little touches and lots of natural light. Outdoor area is huge and so spacious for children to run around, play and complitely safe. We absolutely loved an outdoor cabana where we could hide from the hot sun in the middle of the day and simply chillax. Kids loved picking up organically grown vegetables from the allotment. There is also another little studio house next to the villa, so if you take your parents with you, like we did, this house is a great bonus, you have your space they have theirs . Sehr schöne Villa, modern mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgerüstet, nahe zum Meer gelegen

Alles, was man so im Urlaub benötigt, ist in sehr guter Qualität vorhanden. Auch eine Tischtennis Platte gibt's mit dem nötigen Zubehör. Der Vermieter kocht auch mal für die Gäste, und das schmeckt super. Wenn man nicht die paar Schritte zum Meer gehen möchte, dann erfrischt man sich halt im gut gepflegten Pool.

Super Anwesen, super Service, einfach klasse

Das Haus hält, was die Bilder versprechen und bietet darüber hinaus noch mehr. Es findet sich eine umfangreiche Ausstattung im Haus, im Grillhaus und im Pool. Selbst im Fernseher haben wir von Netflix bis Amazon Prime alle erdenkbaren Angebote gefunden. Das Haus ist sehr intelligent gebaut und kann ideal von zwei Pärchen bewohnt werden - und dann gibt es noch das Gästehaus in dem nochmal zwei Personen schlafen können. Alles ist neu, in sehr, sehr gutem Zustand und gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter versucht an alles zu denken, damit man sich im Haus und auf dem Anwesen von der ersten Minute an im Urlaub fühlt. In dieser Qualität haben wir das bisher nirgendwo anders erlebt. Alle zwei Tage kam eine Putzfrau und ein Poolpfleger vorbei und haben das Haus und das Anwesen gründlich sauber gemacht und alle Handtücher und Laken ausgewechselt. An einigen Tagen hat uns der Vermieter während wir am Strand waren sogar das Abendessen gekocht - und wir müssen sagen, dass er sehr gut kochen kann. Zum Anwesen gehört auch ein Gemüsegarten mit Bio-Produkten zur Selbstversorgung, sodass es an Salat und Tomaten nicht mangelt und leckere Kräuter wachsen so ziemlich überall auf dem Anwesen. Wir hatten einen herrlich entspannten Urlaub auf einem sehr, sehr großzügigen Anwesen. In zehn Autominuten Entfernung findet sich einer der schönsten Strände der Insel, in fünf Minuten zu Fuß findet sich ein kleinerer aber auch sehr netter Strand mit einem sehr guten Restaurant. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus unumwunden weiterempfehlen. Wir werden selber auch wiederkommen.
