Each bedroom boasts private balcony access, a full bathroom, and a smart TV, ensuring a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment for every guest.
Guests can unwind in style in the living spaces or outside on the veranda which features sofas and dining table overlooking the Ionian Sea.
When you’re ready you can find the nearest beach access just 10 minutes down the road, or venture just beyond that about 19km to the magnificent beaches of Barbati!

Great and clean house. Awesome views and nice pool. Only down fall is it’s up the hill so it’s too long of a walk into town. Besides that, stellar vacation spot.

We stayed at this villa in Corfu as a family group of nine, including grandparents and teenagers, and it was perfect for everyone. The house was spacious enough that we never felt crowded, yet it also had wonderful spaces to gather together.The location is excellent—centrally placed and only about 20 minutes to Corfu Town and popular beaches. At the same time, it’s tucked away in a peaceful spot on top of a hill, offering beautiful views of the port and incredible sunsets.A definite highlight was the pool—beautiful, and spacious so several people could swim at once without ever feeling crowded. We also loved the large balcony with a dining table where we enjoyed all our dinners together. The hosts were great because they were responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, from our pre-booking questions right through to offering local recommendations during our stay.After busy days exploring beaches or wandering Corfu Town, the villa was the perfect place to come back to and relax. A grocery store just a short drive away made meals and supplies very convenient too.We would highly recommend this villa to any family or group looking for comfort, beauty, and a great base for exploring Corfu.

Villa Balatsinos is a palatial, beautiful villa with the most exquisite accommodation and facilities. It exceeded our high expectations, and we had the most perfect week. The property is not overlooked, and with the generous garden around the villa means it is in a perfectly peaceful location with incredible views down to the sea.In addition to this, the owner was in contact in advance and introduced us to the local hosts - Gina and Nikos - whose warm and generous welcome was a wonderful start to our holiday. They could not have done more for us; providing recommendations for restaurants, beaches and attractions across the island, and also completely looked after us throughout our stay. The pool was cleaned each morning, and all in all, we felt very well cared for.The generous proportions of the villa are perfect for a family, or as in our case, a group of friends, allowing us to host our larger group of family and friends for a bbq on the veranda. The furnishings, bedding and towels were all excellent quality, and we felt very lucky to have found such a gem of a villa. We cannot recommend Villa Balatsinos enough and do in fact intend to return ourselves, hopefully very soon!

The property was stunning, comfortable and clean, view was out of this world, pool was a perfect size, lovely and big for the whole family but plenty of walkable space in the pool for my little ones to feel safe. The super market was a 5 minute drive and the view, privacy and space we had was well worth the distance to the supermarket. I would always get a car with a large family anyway so the distance to the supermarket was no problem. The area the villa is in is perfectly central to be able to reach all the lovely beaches in Corfu and not far from Corfu town or the airport at all. Small problem with the water but this was due to Corfu savouring the water for potential Forrest/wild fires and this was rectified straight away. The cleaner was helpful and friendly. The view from all the rooms in the villa were breath taking, lovely big kitchen with lots of helpful things in like spices/ tin foil, all the things you don’t really want to buy for a short stay. Beds were amazingly comfortable. We will be back, the villa makes you feel very relaxed, the nature surrounding is beautiful, the noise from the crickets, the kittens visiting and the swallows would swoop down for a cheeky drink of the pool water, which was lovely to see, my children particularly loved the nature. There is lots of space so my boys had a kick about with the football. Honestly nicest place I’ve ever stayed. Very very special place.
