New power reclining leather sofa, new stove, new custom curtains, Bedroom furniture and other upgrades in the last couple years. Beautiful Travertine tiles (cooling and smooth to walk on) thru out the unit, with river rock flooring in a large shower area, (no bathtub) Unit Sleeps 2 max

This Condo is on one of the best beaches on the island. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. Unobstructed ocean/sunset views. Snorkel with the Sea Turtles, Dolphins in the cove. In the winter months watch the whales from your lanai, sometimes a Monk seal will visit the beach to have rest. All within steps to the beach once off the elevator.

Amenities: Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ / Picnic area, Tennis court ,Games room / common area. This is a secure gated property with Free Parking for one Vehicle.

Free WIFI, TV and Phone. We keep everything in newer condition and have a very clean condo.

The view from the Lanai is absolutely breathtaking. Our Condo comes with all linens, kitchenware, Towels, Beach towels / Beach chairs , Cooler, and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation.

We have a quiet portable AC unit in the bedroom and 1 in the in the living room area. There are also 3 quiet ceiling fans ( 1- bedroom, 1- living room, 1 in the kitchen area)

When the trade winds are in you will get a nice breeze and usually don't need the AC.

The Leeward (West) gets the most sunshine on the island.

Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off AC, fans, make sure TV,AC,Fan remotes are in the silver tray for the next guest.
Leave 2 Lanyard sets keys/fobs on the kitchen counter or blue shell dish. Put the deadbolt on and the single key back in the lock box.
Leave kitchen clean as when you arrived. If you have dishes you can start the dishwasher before you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO Smoking in unit or anywhere in this building. There is a Table and Chairs in the Parking lot near the pool area. If caught -up to a $500 fine
If your trash is too large for the chute please take it down to the Trash and Recycle room outside by next to the pool.

Absolutely beautiful property, it was amazing waking up to the ocean views every morning. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and well organized. Very convenient that beach supplies (chairs, towels, etc) were available. Shelley is a very good communicator and we had no issues with our stay

This property was absolutely stunning, the view is to die for. Breakfast and dinner during sun rises and sunsets alone will have us booking here when we come back to Oahu. The room and condominium was very clean. It felt as though we had the beach to ourselves most of the time, which was a huge plus! Our host was very attentive and made sure that we satisfied! They even helped with our itinerary, which was a blessing. All I can say is we will be back!!

This condo was perfect for mine and my husbands stay. The beach view was amazing, the full kitchen was great to cook breakfast and dinners there. The condo was stocked with all necessities, from cooking supplies, to beach towels and chairs, to snorkel gear. We loved the quiet beach and location.

Thank you for your review. Glad you enjoyed the view! The building does not have AC it uses a water cooling type system.Therefore we put in 2 newer Toshiba AC units that we find work well and are nice and quiet. 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. Mahalo!

I hate to say just how nice this place is because I don't want the word to get out but this is just amazing. The most beautiful beach on the island is literally right out your front door. This condo is the perfect set up for two people. It is well stocked with everything we needed. Shelley is a wonderful host and took great care of us. Next time we come we won't spend time doing the touristy stuff and will just chillax right here the whole time. Thank you, Shelley!!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful setting! The views are amazing, beach is beautiful, and the condo contained everything that we needed. Our host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. My only complaint was that we were so busy trying to see all the sights that we didn't leave ourselves enough time to enjoy the condo.

Gorgeous beach views right from your balcony. We saw turtles, seals and spinner dolphins from our room. Condo had EVERYTHING you need for kitchen, beach and anything else you would need. Shelley was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent Vacation Spot

Wonderful view, right on the beach. Easy to get in to and communications with Manager was great. Clean and welcoming when we got there, and there was a listing of available amenities located around the area. Very nice and would stay there again.

Great place to stay away from the city

Paradise
