El apartamento está situado junto al parlamento islandés y la plaza del parlamento en el centro de la ciudad de Reikiavik. Está en el segundo piso de un edificio de apartamentos sobre el restaurante de sushi "Osushi Train". Puede levantarse en el apartamento usando las escaleras o el elevador. El edificio tiene un espacio de estacionamiento gratuito en un estacionamiento subterráneo seguro.

El apartamento tiene dos dormitorios y 89 metros cuadrados. Los dueños del apartamento viven en el 4to piso en el mismo edificio. A su llegada, conocerá a los propietarios en persona. Te darán las llaves en persona junto con una botella de vino espumoso. Le mostrarán el alojamiento y también caminarán por el vecindario mostrándole los mejores restaurantes, panaderías, tiendas, supermercados, etc. Este servicio los propietarios lo hacen felizmente sin cobrar por ello.

Hay dos dormitorios de buen tamaño. La primera habitación tiene dos camas individuales, que se pueden juntar para hacer una doble, la segunda habitación tiene una cama king size. Ambas habitaciones tienen mesita de noche con lámparas que proporcionan una buena luz de lectura y un televisor de 32 "que tiene una gran variedad de canales.

El apartamento está equipado con 1. 5 baños. Tener un baño extra proporciona comodidad y facilidad para grupos de viajeros durante las mañanas y las noches cuando los baños están ocupados en su mayoría. El baño más grande tiene una lavadora y una secadora. Se proporciona detergente para la ropa.

La sala de estar tiene un cómodo sofá que se puede sacar en el sofá cama. Este sofá cama puede dormir fácilmente a dos personas. Al otro lado del sofá hay un televisor de 42 "con una gran variedad de canales y la estación WiFi. Los propietarios demostrarán cómo funciona la TV y WiFi a su llegada. El WiFi es GRATIS.

La cocina está completamente equipada y es cómoda. La cocina tiene fogones, horno, nevera, lavavajillas, cafetera, hervidor eléctrico y microondas. Se proporcionan tabletas para lavar platos. Very convenient central apartment

Convenient central apartment located in safe block with helpful owner living nearby. Well appointed close to transport which helped to add to a very enjoyable New Year break.

Excellent location with wonderful hosts!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. I don't think the location could be better to explore Reykjavik! The apartment is very clean and well appointed with lots of nice extras like a coffee maker and sleep masks. The hosts, Margaret and Magnus ,were so welcoming and helpful with our stay. Our family of 5 adults was very comfortable here.

Great location, so convenient with parking

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Reykjavik. The check-in instructions were a little sparse, but the apartment was clean, cozy, the owner was so nice and helpful, and it was such a convenient spot. The parking was in a garage so our car didn't get covered in snow, and we were walking distance from all the sights and really great restaurants.

Perfect stay in every way.

Excellent location for the center of Reykjavík. Literally less than one minute walk from Bus Stop #3 where tours/ transfers etc. will pick up and drop off. Magnus met us at the bus stop and bought us directly to the apartment. He was very helpful and informative which creates a good impression on arriving to a new city. The property itself was as described, immaculately clean and perfect for two couples. We were very comfortable. Lovely touches such as a carton of milk in the fridge, a dish of chocolates ( sorry Magnus - we ate them all!), plenty of coffee, soap, laundry detergent - all very much appreciated. One of the best apartments we have stayed in.

Wonderful place to stay

Magnus is a lovely friendly host He showed us around the neighbourhood when we arrived even took care of our bags after we checked out before we went to airport. The flat is perfect, comfortable, cosy and everything works. It is right in the centre of town, walk to everything, bus stop 3 just outside. Great stay. Highly recommend. Thank you Magnus. Great Location

The listing accurately reflects reality. The balcony overlooking the city square was awesome...even in November. We (a group of 5) stayed for 3 nights and had a great time in Reykjavik. We highly recommend this property for a group of 4 or more.

Great Location & Comfortable Cozy Beds

Great location for walking to cafes, restaurants, shops, and the neighborhood up the hill toward the church. Also close to a bus stop that worked well with drop-offs and pickups. The apartment was largely clean and updates are nicely done. The bedrooms are nicely appointed and beds very, very comfortable … after traveling 10 hours and touring the countryside for eight hours on a cold rainy day, this, and the geothermal heat, was the best! Aside from needed attention to a few details in the main bath, this is a good, comfortable apartment. We had a couple of requests and Magnus was responsive and helpful in a timely manner. As to the exterior, the secured entry to the building could use some attention to appearance and hallways leading to the apartment are dated but the neighborhood seemed safe and again is a great location especially if you are on the go.

Fabulous location

Perfect size for family of 4. The location was great. We could walk all over the city. We rented a car and had a locked parking garage. Beds comfortable. Balcony looking out over city with coffee was perfect. Homeowner was wonderful to work with. Great experience

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location.

Clean, spacious and comfortable. Llocated in the heart of Reykjavík. History is just outside of your door. Close to numerous dinning establishments. Also close to Iceland’s #1 Hot Dog stand.

GREAT downtown Reykjavík Apartment

Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Reykjavík. We were 2 couples in Iceland to participate in the Marathon and experience Iceland. You couldn’t ask for a better location if you are in town for the Marathon...the start line is less than a block away. Also close to the pickup locations for the tours and the numerous Reykjavík museums and shopping. Because we were 4 staying the two bedrooms AND two bathrooms worked out perfectly. The host was great at check in. Parking spot under ground is also a bonus if you are renting a vehicle. HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone looking for great accommodations at a reasonable price.

Perfect City Center Apartment

This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Reykjavik. The location was in walking distance to everything. The apartment was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and there is a nice terrace. We were a family of four and it suited all our needs. Magnus kindly agreed to let us check out in the afternoon on our last day. I highly recommend staying here.

Such a great apartment!

We had a fantastic time at Magnus and Margarit's apartment. Everything was perfect - the location (easy walking distance to shops and restaurants), two bathrooms (a luxury!), kitchen (we cooked!), gorgeous patio for people watching and garage parking which is a big bonus. We felt very welcome and comfortable for our stay. I recommend this apartment to anyone and can't wait to visit again.

Host was right there to help us check in and park... and very personable. Apartment was spotless and in a great location. A little bit of late night city noise...but its summer, so that should be expected.

Great stay in Reykjavik

Fantastic apartment in central Reykjavik. This is centrally located in the same square as the parliament building. There are fantastic restaurants in the square as well and the main street for shopping is one block away. The apartment has a small terrace balcony with seating for four. We sat out there almost every evening to drink a glass of wine and unwind after a day of adventures with our tour guide. Magnus was a great host and was very flexible with our needs and we really appreciate the communication both before and during our stay. Thank you again.

Wonderful accomodation

very nice accomodation/appartment! Magnus was a great host and helped us with our cars. The appartment is right in the heart of Reykjavik and everthing can be reached by feet. Maybe for a family with kids the kitchen could have more interior with dishes, cutlery, etc. If we visit Reykjavik again we would be happy to stay there again.

Land of Ice and Fire

What a fantastic time we had. The flat is in the perfect position, a short walk from the centre of Reykjavik (5mins) and right next to the old harbour area. There are plenty of great eating and drinking places to choose from. The flat is beautiful and well presented, we were even able to chill on the balcony when the sun came out. Magnus was the perfect host , very welcoming and had great suggestions of where we could go. The scenery, geysers and waterfalls on the south coast were magnificent. Visiting the National Museum and the Perlan (Geology,Geog and Nat Hist) are "must do". My personal highlight was the whale watching (we saw 3!) on the speedy RIB boat, a real roller-coaster! Need to return to do the North coast!
