Enjoy the fantastic northern coastal views and gorgeous sunrise from the balcony of our beautiful 4th-floor, two-bedroom condo located in The Myrtle Beach Resort. It has two full baths and is located near the front of Building A, just steps away from the crystal-blue swimming pool, sandy beach and rolling ocean waves. Our unit has an updated kitchen with a large bar area, updated light fixtures, and wood laminate flooring and tile throughout providing a tasteful, comfortable home-away-from-home feeling.
Our condo will sleep 6 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a newer queen-sized bed and mattress set with matching vanity, the 2nd bedroom has soft gray paint and 2 newer twin beds, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa is available in the living room if needed.
We also include all the conveniences and amenities of home, including fresh towels and linens, a kitchen equipped with a newer full-size glass-top range/oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, dinnerware, glassware, a full array of utensils, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, crock pot, and a blender. Because our condo has cable and Wi-Fi, we have also installed a 4K Ultra Hi-Def Smart TV with Chromecast capabilities.
The Myrtle Beach Resort is a 33-acre beautifully landscaped gated community with 24-hour security. It has four outdoor and two indoor pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna, 2 work-out rooms, lighted shuffleboard, basketball court, putting green, bocce court, playground, game room, a lazy river, sand volleyball, picnic tables and grills, snack bar, deli, and a beach-front cabana bar and grill with a dance floor and live entertainment.

Our rental includes all bed linens, kitchen linens, and bath towels for six guests.

Thank you Bob for a Wonderful stay! The beautiful condo overlooking the ocean was the perfect way to escape some Buffalo winter blues. Beautifully furnished condo with lots of amenities with an absolute perfect location at the Myrtle Beach Resort. Thank you!

The unit was so cute with a decent view! Loved the personal note from owners and the care and thoughtfulness they put into our stay. The place was also very clean. It was perfect!

Clean, Comfortable, and an AMAZING VIEW!

Upon arrival to the condo we were very happy to find it clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. It wasn't overdone as many other condos are with the "extreme" beach theme. It just kind of felt like home .... until you step out on the balcony! The beach and coastal views were beautiful, and it was so close to the beach. It was the first unit back on the north side of the building. And the swimming pool was even closer, literally just a few steps out in front of the building. Our long weekend was at the end of October so it wasn't typical beach weather, but we managed to get a few hours in every day before heading out to shop (for my wife) and eat, then just take in some of the local attractions such as Broadway at the Beach and Market Commons. It was great and we can't wait to get back down there again this summer!!!

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed our week in Myrtle Beach. This was our first time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was in a great location with a wonderful view of the ocean. It was stocked with all the things we needed for our stay. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment. My kids loved the pools and it was just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved the property!

We had a very nice experience at Myrtle Beach Resort. The owner was very attentive and helpful. The condo was clean and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The king bed in the master bedroom was wonderful and I was able to sleep as if I were in my own bed. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

June Stay

I don't fault the owner yet you should be aware of how well the folks you hire to clean are actually cleaning. The blinds in the living room and the air vents in both bathrooms look like they hadn't been cleaned in a very, very long time. The sofa really needed cleaned. It looked like someone had used it as a hairbrush. Hair was hanging all along the front of it. The rest of the place was very clean although I didn’t not care for the dishes still be in the dishwasher when we arrived especially since you have to wash them before you leave. I had planned to use the crockpot but never found it. We had an issue with checking in because of multiple emails address correspondences which made it all a little confusing and with getting the TV in the living room to function. Matt responded quickly and helped us out with both issues. Matt was great about responding. You should consider adding a laminated instruction sheet for your specific unit to the fridge or coffee table. Would have been really nice to have. We were disappointed the Lazy River Pool was only open 5 hours a day from noon to 6pm with a closing daily from 1-2:00. It’s also very noisy sitting on the balcony when the RV Resort small water park you overlook opens until it closes. The beach was extremely crowded as were the pools but I expected that’s how it would be in June. I have to add that Myrtle Beach was not my choice for our vacation, it was the other couple’s choice. I doubt I’ll ever return and that has nothing to do with Matt’s condo. It was a nice condo with a nice view. I think if we had gone at a different time of the year my experience as a whole would have been much better. I would recommend going to Georgetown for a day trip. It was a very nice quiet quaint town. Also the Market Commons outdoor mall. Very nice area just to walk thru if nothing else. Had the best dinner of the week there at King Street Grill. Great shops too! Thank you Matt for allowing us to stay at your condo. We appreciate it and I would recommend it to others if they asked for a place to stay. I would just tell them to go in the off season.

AWESOME!!!

LOVED this place! First, Bob is one of the most responsive managers/owners I’ve experienced. Small issue with not receiving an email with the gate code, but Bob handled it promptly and there was no delay in checking in. My daughters and I sat out on the balcony every morning and every night. Pool was awesome (some nights they closed at 9, some nights 10:30 or 11, lol). Access to the beach was key. Could have used some beach chairs. Would have been $60/day if we rented from beach. The noddles and wave board was great to have in the ocean. Sand was super clean and smooth. You’re close to a lot of places of interest/restaurants in Surfside and Myrtle Beach. Right between the two. Weather was great the week we were there. Kitchen equipped with just about anything you need. Everything was super clean. Went to the Quarter Deck a couple nights. That was pretty cool. And there were some GOOD singers!! Would definitely come back. So much to do for adults and kids.

Awesome beach condo on beach

Condo was very clean and extremely close to beach. It was perfect for the 3 of us but more then 4 would have been less ideal because of small living room and limited seating but who really goes on vacation to sit in a living room. Some areas of resort were closed because of covid but the quarter deck restraunt was open and the food and drinks were surprisingly very good Owner was awesome very easy to contact and even checked in midweek to ensure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely condo, great location

The condo was lovely, perfect size for the 4 of us. The location is great, just a couple minute walk from the beach and a short drive from the boardwalk and airport. The beach was beautiful. Thank you!

Hurricane Hoopla

Beautiful condo although we decided to leave early because of the hurricane we still enjoyed the time we had such a beautiful view from out balcony . I think I stayed on the balcony the whole time just watching people and the children in the camp ground . I will definitely call for a summer rental . Thank you so much !!

Amazing place for vacation

We loved our vacation to the Myrtle Beach Resort. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the beach and multiple pools on the property. I would definitely come here again!

Myrtle Beach Resort

My family and I had a great time. The location of the condo and view of the beach was just as described, perfect for us. It was really nice having other amenities so close, such as restaurants and Walmart. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful View! Easy access to the beach and pool

My children and I had the best time. I had all the "at home" necessities to cook. We were blown away by the view as soon as we stepped thru the doorway. Owners were super easy to work with. Gorgeous sunrise views. The condo sets right at the ocean. We will definitely be renting this unit again!!!

Amazing vacation spot !

I would highly recommend this condo. Bob was a pleasure to work with and the condo was beautiful. Views of the ocean were amazing. You won’t go wrong renting this unit. The resort was very clean and had beautiful walking paths. Hope to return again. Thank you Bob for sharing with us.

THAT VIEW!!!!!!!!

The first thing that needs to be said is that as soon as you walk into this condo the view punches you right in the face!!!! IT IS AMAZING!!! I stayed here with my mother, 18 and 17 year old girls and my 13 year old son and there was more than enough room. This condo was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed and more. This condo is very tastefully decorated with a nice "beachy " feel. The condo was located at the front of the A building. It is right near the elevator (which would be great for seniors) The laundry is very close too. The unit is extremely close to the beach!! MBR is a wonderful resort with something for everyone. No need to even leave the resort!! I also felt very safe letting my kids go off on their own. Bob was simply put.. Amazing!! He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He responded to all of my emails and texts (there were a lot) within the hour. He also knew we were traveling from NY and text me to let me know the unit was cleaned and ready for us to check in early. He also checked on us that night to make sure everything was going ok. In all of my years vacationing, I have never ever had an owner do that!! Kudos Bob!! People, if you're looking for a great condo with a great view, a great owner and a great price then this is your place!! I would rent from Bob again in a heartbeat!!!!

Great Unit!

We really enjoyed this unit. It was very clean, easy walk to the beach, and a beautiful view of the ocean. The owners checked on us the day we arrived and responded quickly to any questions we had. We looked forward to staying here again.
