Refund Policy
A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable. Refunds will be the amount paid minus this fee, per Stripe's policy. This applies to direct booking and bookings made through select booking channels.
General Guidelines
●Pets: A pet fee of $100 applies per reservation for up to 2 pets. Bringing a pet without prior notification incurs an additional $100 fee, and we may end your stay early. No cats allowed. If your pet causes any damages, additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay.
Food & Drink: No food or drink in bedrooms (closed water bottles allowed); extra cleaning fees for stains.
●No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited; $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs.
●Trash: Dispose of all trash in outside bins before departure.
●Damages: Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Failure to report damages could result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
●Dishes: Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher (if applicable) before leaving.
●Windows: Keep windows closed for security.
●Laundry: Avoid overloading machines; do not wash sandy items, and clean the dryer lint trap.
●Storage Closet: Keep this area closed and locked.
●Consumables: Leftover items are at your discretion; freshness is not guaranteed.
●Furniture: Do not rearrange.
●Parties & Events: Unauthorized parties are not allowed; violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction.
●Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. If you would like to add extra guests beyond the number initially registered, please request approval before finalizing your booking. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person. This requires approval from us prior to booking.
●Illegal Activities: Will result in immediate eviction.
●Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Well appointed house, it's older but it was clean and updated inside. The backyard and fire pit were great and the location is fantastic. The house next door is... interesting but there is a huge privacy fence around the yard so it was ok. The roosters were fun to listen to while sitting on the front porch.

First there were bugs in the bed. While that is nasty I understand we were visiting Florida and it’s difficult to keep bugs out. Management refused to help in any way “it’s Florida you will have to deal with it”! (We went to Walmart for new sheets) then we tried washing the dirty sheet and the washer machine was broken asked management to help they refused again. On our last day I asked for a later check by a few minutes then management stated I can for an extra fine. Long story short rent at your own risk and don’t expect anything from the owners of the property.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Throughout your stay, we maintained communication and did our best to address each concern as quickly as possible. We were also happy to provide an early check-in free of charge to help accommodate your arrival.
Regarding the bugs mentioned, the property is located in Florida, where occasional silverfish can unfortunately appear due to the climate. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we offered to send someone to the property to spray and inspect the issue.
For the washer concern, we responded promptly with troubleshooting steps and asked that the washer door and power settings be checked, as these are common causes for the issue described. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response after providing those instructions and offering additional assistance.
We always strive to provide a positive experience for our guests and appreciate all feedback as we continue improving the property and guest experience.
