The Space:

You step onto a sun‑kissed patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze, the scent of palm trees mingling with the faint aroma of fresh coffee drifting from the open living area. Mornings unfold with sunlight spilling across a spacious, bright space where you can gather around the kitchen island or settle into the comfortable sofas. By afternoon, the pool glistens invitingly, the game room hums with friendly competition, and the hot tub steams softly as the day winds down.



**Sleeping arrangements**

Six bedrooms spread over two levels provide ample privacy and space for up to twelve guests. Downstairs, a queen bed sleeps two. Upstairs you’ll find two king beds, another king bed, a double bed paired with a single, two twin beds, and a second queen bed—each equipped with fresh linens, extra pillows, blankets, clothing storage, and hangers.



**Outdoor living**

The private pool area features lounge chairs and a shaded seating area perfect for relaxing between swims. Heat can be added to the pool for an additional charge, and a hot tub offers a soothing spot for evening unwinding. Direct resort access at ChampionsGate lets you enjoy shared amenities such as additional pools, a lazy river, and a fitness center.



**Kitchen & dining**

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and a dishwasher makes meal preparation effortless. A nearby dining table seats the whole group, while children’s dinnerware and a high chair simplify family meals. You’ll find everything you need for quick breakfasts or leisurely dinners.

The large living area flows naturally from the kitchen, creating a central hub for cooking, dining, or watching TV together. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round, and a washer and dryer support both short stays and longer visits.

Set in Davenport’s The Retreat at ChampionsGate, the home sits just 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal Studios. Restaurants, attractions, and everyday conveniences are within easy reach, giving you the flexibility to explore Orlando’s highlights or simply enjoy downtime at home.



**Pet‑friendly convenience**

Your furry companions are welcome, and self‑check‑in via a smart lock makes arrival smooth. Long‑term stays are allowed, providing a flexible base for a Florida getaway focused on space, relaxation, and shared experiences.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
