* Located just 10 minutes from Punta del Este (the highest ranked vacation place in South America), this roomy air-conditioned villa features a garden with a year-round outdoor pool and nice barbeque area. The property is just a mile from the closest beach, and within walking distance to Laguna del Sauce, a beautiful lake.
* There is a spaceous living area, dining area and a kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is a security alarm system free of charge. A nice woodstove to watch a fire.
* A giant flat-screen TV with satellite channels is featured, along with free wi-fi. There is a private bathroom with double sinks for the master bedroom and separate second bathroom with tub and clothes washer/dryer.
* The Punta Shopping Mall is just 9 miles away. A number of activities are available in the area, such as golf, tennis, hiking, and of course, the beaches!
* The nearest airport is Capitán de Corbeta Carlos A. Curbelo International Airport, 2.5 miles from Villa Tranquilidad, and the Montevideo Carrasco International Airport is about an hour away.
* This Villa is within walking distance to championship golf course and five star hotel/restaurant/spa (Hotel Del Lago on the shores of Laguna Del Sauce). What makes this property unique

Fully equiped kitchen, 50" flatscreen TV in living area right near a glass-door woodstove. Large dining area, big bedrooms, washer-dryer, masterbedroom suite with double sinks in the bathroom. A tub in the guest bath, plenty of cabinets and closets. Two bedroom open to the patio and pool with large sliding glass doors. There's a car port to keep your car out of the weather and additional parking next to the driveway. A nice big barbque with outdoor sink, outdoor furniture and large patio besides the pool right outside large sliding glass door to the living area. There's also an outdoor shower. The backyard/pool are very private with no exposure from other houses or the road. Beyond the pool, the backyard goes up a slope to a large flat grassy area where games can be played such as soccer or volleyball. There's an outside clothes line if using the clothes dryer is not desired. The villa is in a great up-scale uncrowded neighborhood - just one other house is visible next door two lots away. Lots of p rivacy, peace and quiet with luxurious ammenities.
