It was a scam. The "owner" never showed up to give us card to get in despite repeated attempts to contact him through text/phone/VRBO. It took awhile but VRBO made good on their policy and refunded our money and let us choose a hotel to stay at and paid for that as well.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that this property is not a scam. As communicated to the primary guest at the time of booking, the registered guest was required to be present on-site to complete check-in and receive access credentials. Unfortunately, this requirement was not met, which contributed to the issues experienced during arrival. I take all guest concerns seriously and have since reviewed and improved my check-in procedures to ensure a smoother experience for future guests. The property is located in a safe, secure, and highly desirable area with convenient access to local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guests also appreciate the quiet and peaceful environment the property offers. I am committed to providing a positive experience for every guest and have addressed the concerns raised in previous reviews. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to clarify the situation.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located, close to everything we needed. However, the listing was misleading. It advertised free parking, but upon arrival, we found out that parking was not actually free, and we had to pay for it. After speaking with the host, she mentioned that parking is no longer free but offered to send 50 to cover the cost. Unfortunately, after several trips in and out, the total cost exceeded 50. I reached out to customer service, and they were very helpful. The host then suggested that if we wanted to cancel our reservation, she would be happy to assist. We never mentioned leaving, but I was disappointed by the false advertising regarding free parking.

Clean, convenient, and walkable to many venues, restaurants and shops. Excellent location in the heart of downtown. The apartment is clean and up to date. Very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated all the amenities supplied which makes flying in much easier. Communication with the host via messaging was quick, easy and very responsive. Loved it!
