This cabin was even better than we could have imagined! The location was perfect, it was incredibly clean, and the space was so much fun. Everything was exactly as described, and we had an amazing stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gatlinburg!

Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, coffee, etc. I very much appreciated the extras. We really enjoyed the house and watching the bears. Beautiful home.Here is what was missing:1. Can opener was broken2. Kitchen needed more pans. They only had one big pot and no skillet. (We cooked at home a lot)3. Dimmer switch needed on the back deck (it was too bright when we set out back at night)4. Needs a step stool by the hot tub to get in and out5. Windows were fogged over in the mornings

Property was very clean and fit our needs perfectly. We appreciated that it was already stocked with basic paper goods. Location was great, although a bit scary driving up the hill. I would definitely come back here again!

The property is in excellent, like new condition. Close to the parkway, food and entertainment. The game room was fun for our family. Communication with the host was top notch. I highly recommend this property !!

The house sleeps 6. The only issue with that is we had 6 adults so 2 had to sleep on the bunk beds and they were not very comfortable. This would not be an issue if you have 4 adults and 2 kids. It says walking distance to town. If you’re in good shape that would not be a problem because it is close to town. If your an older person be aware the last 100 yards is up some steep hills going back to the cabin. The only thing to note is it would be nice to have a few extra blankets in the house. Overall I felt the location and value were pretty good.

Things we liked: - Felt very clean and new - Good parking - Bed we slept in was VERY comfortable. The 4 bunks in the basement for our kids worked perfectly - Kitchen is spacious, appliances seemed new, good amount of counter space and storage in the kitchen - Plenty of lamps and recessed fixtures everywhere - Bathrooms on every floor is very convenientThings we didn't like: - Main floor bathroom has tons of floor space compared to the tiny amount of counter space - For a house that sleeps 8, with a hot tub, you need tons of hanging space for towels and suits. Each bathroom had exactly one towel bar. - The layout of living space is terrible. Living room is useless: fireplace surround is very clearly unfinished/DIY looking, couch is tiny and uncomfortable, TV hung over the mantle is so large and so high it's almost impossible to sit there and watch. We turned it on one time, and then watched TV in our bed for the rest of the week. The basement TV is similarly WAY too big and high on the wall. Our kids watched TV on the bed in the loft. The loft sofa doesn't look at anything. - Kitchen table was tiny and crammed into the space. We were lucky we only had 6 people. - House was a bit difficult to find, partly because the hill its on. Address was poorly marked at the road.Unfortunate: - We killed at least 5 house centipedes throughout the house - There was an invasion of stinkbugs. At least 20 in the house and dozens on the back porch. This might just be seasonal.
