HOUSE INFO + RULES
Please Note:
• Guests must use stairs to access the suite
• The principal residents live in the basement suite (separate and private)
• This is a peaceful home—no parties or gatherings allowed

- No Street parking, there is dedicated parking for only 2 cars in the back of the house.
-Accommodating up to max of 8 guests with, 3 queen bed, and 1 pull-out sofa.
- All Booking Alterations Request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied. Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.
-There is No early Check in or late Check out Available.
- Check-out Time: Please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 AM time will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour.
- No Smoking/Vaping on the Property.
- No Parties or Events
- No Pets allowed
- No Unregistered guests
- No Food/Drinks on the bed
- No Loud Noise after 8 PM to 9 AM
- Respect the neighbourhood they are highly sensitive.
- No shoes in the house or on the Bed.
- Keep the house clean
- Wash your Dishes Before you Check out
- Dispose Garbage in Garbage bins upon Check out
- Put all Recycling in the Recycling Bin upon Check out
- 8 Guests Maximum Additional Guests will be $100 per person
- Failure to Clean up after yourself will result in a Deep Cleaning/Unexpected Cleaning Fee of $500
- Smoking/Vaping Fee: $500
- Unauthorized Parties or Events Fee: $1000
- Damage & Security deposit maybe required

• Please double-check all personal belongings before leaving—we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. If valuables need to be returned, a $75 handling fee will apply in addition to shipping costs and any other fees incurred.
