Our Stay was Wonderful!

This place was beautiful! Convenient location, safe and easy to walk to local restaurants. The apartment had all the amenities. The pool area was spectacular! Very clear instructions on directions to get there and check in process. I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful Apartment in Great Location

This is a beautiful, Clean and well equipped apartment with a spectacular view. My only disappointment is that the 2nd bedroom was too small and it’s not self contained. The bathroom is outside and opposite the bedroom which has a shower stall and does not have proper drainage. The water lodges and gets slippery and dangerous I also recommend that install a full length mirror.

On quite side of building with nice view. Traffic always busy in this area but this unit is an oasis. Only 1 channel in English. CNN. Arrgh. Very nice size Master wing. Very firm bed. French doors open but no balcony. No TV in 2nd BR. Great parking and very safe.

Building is safe and well maintained. Beautiful pool and courtyard area. The apartment is spacious for 2 people, but crowded if more. Kitchen is minimally equipped for cooking. Living area is small. Could be cleaner.

Amazing stay

We stayed at this place and had an absolute amazing time. The apartment is clean and had everything you would need. Gym, pool etc. The security made you feel secure in your stay and check in process was easy. The owner of the apartment stayed connected and helpful the whole way through. We will be returning in a few months into Costa Rica and hope to be booking the same apartment when we come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Luxurious Building and close to upscale shopping, restaurants and groceries.

We enjoyed another stay at the King Apartment. We love the luxurious building and it’s location in San Rafael de Escazu. The apartment is upscale, clean, well equipped, safe and has a nice open view. Walking distance to Multiplaza mall and upscale shopping at Avenida Escazu. Grocery stores and delicious restaurants are walking distance and close by. One of our favorite restaurants is Avatar Indian and love Mocapan cafe. Also check out the interesting shops up in Plaza Maynard. Also discovered and loved La Toscana Bakery for the most delicious Foccacia, Ciabatta and Italian bread (all within walking distance). We look forward to our next stay. Thank you!

Spring in Costa Rica

Apartment is in a beautiful building with lovely pool, downstairs lobby and sitting area, workout room in a nice location. Jonathan was most helpful and always available for questions. Check-in and out was a breeze, and the building was always open for our comings and goings day and might. Muy bueno!

This apartment is perfectly situated for all that you would want to do in SJ. Easy access from the highway, close to mall and local shopping. Local restaurants are great also.

Weekend get away

Luxury Condo in Escazu

We had a fabulous extended stay at this luxury condo in Escazu. It is in a very upscale building and close to great restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk to the Multiplaza and Avenida Escazu, which are both upscale shopping areas. The condo is very comfortable with high end finishes and details. Jonathan was an excellent resource and very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future and highly recommend this apartment. It was beyond our expectations and better than the photos. Don't hesitate to book it!

Outstanding property!

Wow, very beautiful, newly updated. The building is amazing, the staff so helpful. Jorge works hard to make your stay great. The bed were a little hard but that appears to be a Costa Rica experiences in most of the places we have stayed. The property is easy to find, very safe, and has some great restaurants near.

Luxurious retreat in the middle of the city

I honestly do not know where to begin: the entire experience is simply superb from the reservation and communication to the feel and exclusivity you get for your money's worth. The apartment is located in one of Costa Rica's most posh condos, with a very exquisite taste in its design and elegance. The layout of the apartment makes it extremely comfortable for business travelers as well as couples looking to begin their adventure in Costa Rica! The bedding and main bathroom will make you feel as if you were staying at the finest estate, while the kitchen area and living room with dining table will make you feel much at home. I hope to come back very soon!!!

5 stars doesn't cut it - I felt like a VIP!

This property is one of the nicest San Jose Rentals I have used in a very long time! The building is fabulous, attention to detail in the foyer & other common areas is incredible. The pool and the gym are kept immaculate and the bar downstairs made me feel like I was a VIP - very swanky! The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for my small family to unpack and settle in. The bathroom attached to the master bedroom is bigger than some of the properties I have rented before! The king bed was comfortable and our child slept well in the second bedroom. The views of the mountains in the morning was lovely and we made use of the fully equipped kitchen and cooked a typical breakfast with the balcony doors open - a great memory. Thanks again for making my stay so great and being so responsive with my 1001 questions! You will see us again soon! Pura Vida!
