We loved this house, cutely decorated, very peaceful! It fit us, our kids and my mom and grandma well! They have a lot of amenities for babies which is a plus when looking for a place, although we didn’t need those I wanted people to know about them! They have a great out door space and the massage chair was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!

The place was dirty had pet hair on all beds, childrens crib was covered in brown stains & black stuff, the restroom door doesn't shut down stairs. Reached out to host telling them issue they just shipped sheets for us to change out, no comforter or pillow cases were sent. The shower looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time stained shower curtain. Host said they had cleaners but the house was filthy. Under the couches was an old baby sip cup & alot of pet hair looked as if house hadn't been cleaned in a few months. They charged 150.00 for cleaning fee it was far from it. I would not stay here if your looking for a clean stay. I have pictures & videos of issues.

When you reached out regarding the master bedroom bedding, you asked whether additional sheets were available in the home. We confirmed that extra sheets were available and also purchased and provided two new sheet sets in an effort to make your stay more comfortable. Regarding the crib, we were not aware that an infant would be accompanying the reservation, so the crib had not been set up prior to arrival. We genuinely care about our guests’ experiences and work hard to prepare the home for every stay, including a thorough turnover cleaning between reservations. While we are disappointed that we were unable to provide the experience you were hoping for, we appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to improve. We wish you and your family all the best.
