The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please lock doors and place keys in lock box on front porch and make sure air conditioner(main level, downstairs and loft area) is set to 78.
Please put trash in metal cage in front of house before you leave. Do not leave any garbage especially food outside unless in metal cage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO parties, events, or unregistered guests permitted.
Quiet hours are 10pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 11pm-8am Friday evening-Sunday.

Two notes the primary bathroom shower head is leaking pretty good. Also noted the latch on the garbage cage is broken off. We loved the property very clean and very comfortable.
