**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$ 900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The suites are arranged as follows:

Suite 1: 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, balcony access, wardrobe, curtains, and blackout blinds.

Suite 2: 1 triple bed, 1 bunk bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and blackout blinds.

Bora Bora condominium facilities include a truly stunning swimming pool, which offers magnificent views of the sea. The pool has a whirlpool to relax, a wet deck to enjoy pleasant moments and even has a children's area for children to have fun.

The condominium has a private access to Praia da Espera.
