three-room apartment in a residence inserted in the private area of the Saracen Coast, reachable by the A / 18 highway, on the magnificent Ionian coast, 20 min. drive from Catania, Syracuse, and 15 minutes from Lentini and Augusta.
The location is an excellent starting point for day trips that allow you to visit places of scenic, cultural and artistic interest.
A few kilometers to the south is Syracuse (30 km), with its Greek wonders, continuing you will find baroque treasures such as Noto (55km), Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi (80 km), Modica (100 km), the necropolis of Pantalica, Palazzolo Acreide (35 km) the naturalistic oases of Simeto and Vendicari.
Going north, however, you will arrive directly at the historic center of Catania (30 km), a city full of excitement with its nightlife, its shopping and its baroque churches and palaces.
Continuing the Ionian coast you will meet the seaside villages such as Acitrezza with the faraglioni, Acicastello, Acireale and Taormina (80 km).
You will be less than 30 minutes from museums, natural reserves such as the wonderful Etna Park (60 km), and from many typical restaurants where you can try the delicacies of Sicilian cuisine.

The house is complete with outdoor furniture (table with 6 chairs, deck chairs) and indoor. Free parking space available.
Just go down a few steps to get to a wonderful secluded and peaceful beach. If you prefer sand, just 5 min. by car you will find the white sand of Agnone Bagni.
Inside the area there are tennis courts, soccer field, mini market.
