We had a terrific stay! Incredibly close to downtown! Easy walking even in the snow! Perfect layout for several couple and kids! Has everything you need for cooking. Highly recommend this house for your next stay in Breckenridge!

The place was REALLY nice! My family and I planned a ski trip to Breck and this was the perfect place. We had a large group with kids, and an infant, and it worked great! The hot tub was a really nice touch at the end of a long ski day. The location is so great and stunning views. It’s only a few minute walk to the gondola and a real quick walk to Main Street. Can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend!

The house was perfect has everything you need and you cannot beat the location to Main Street and the trails!! Very clean and comfy. The hot tub was so nice to come back to after any event or just an evening in. Every morning we saw the same fox hanging out front and the views from the patio upstairs was amazing. We will stay here again we loved it!!

The house was exactly as they described. Clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was a bit older and a few things probably needed to be fixed but was overall still a great house. We booked this house since it was so close to downtown and we could just walk to Oktoberfest.

Great place to stay right off the main street

We had an awesome time in Breckenridge staying at Apres on French St. The location was perfect for walking to the gondola or heading into town for a bite to eat. Everything was clean and ready for our group when we arrived, no issues at all. Thanks!

Superb Stay in Downtown Breck

Great Breck Home

Had a great time with the family at this super nice house! House was conveniently located near town and the gondola. Rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 8 plus a 6 mo old baby. Property managers were nice and responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Ski trip

Perfect location to get to the ski lift or downtown. Amazing home was clean and ready for our family stay. We had no problems so we didn’t have to communicate with the owner. But the way this location was ran I am sure they would have taken care of the problem immediately.

Perfect location!

So very pleased with our recent stay at house on French St. It was very clean and had all supplies needed to feel right at home! Checkin process was so very easy and very organized! We loved every second of our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and accurate posting

Had a great stay in apres on French. Check in was seem less, house was well equipped, and rental company was attentive. The location is perfect. Just far enough to feel private while close enough for easy walk to main/gondola.

Convenient location, wonderful property!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home which is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Breckenridge. The staff was very responsive, although we didn’t need much because the house had everything we needed. Thank you so much for everything! We hope to visit again soon!

Wonderful home and location

We LOVED Apres on French St. The house is a great size for a large group and the proximity to downtown and to the Gondola is excellent! We will definitely return. And River Ridge Rentals was great to work with. They were able to accommodate us for an early check in which made a huge difference with 2 babies.

Great Location. Beautiful property

With room for all 14 of us, this home was perfect for a three night get a way. Convenient and with in walking distance of the ski lift, downtown and restaurants. Unfortunately, the hot tub stopped working and the boiler went out BUT the management company did a fantastic job to make sure we were warm and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.
