Pool is not for guests, should remove from listing. Drive/sidewalks unlevel trip hazards and covered in pine needles. No water in hall tub/shower, no power at microwave. It is very spacious and backyard is fenced but needs repairs. Suited our needs for a place to sleep and beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive.

The pool is on the property, but explained in the description that it is not open as a notification to keep guests from entering. Checked the water and it was working properly. It is a pull out and turn faucet. Lawn is serviced weekly, but due to the trees there, pine needles fall frequently. Microwave will have to be replaced. Thanks

You took a photo of the filter which are being replaced, but you said the house was dirty? What else in the house was dirty? My cleaning people people have usually done a good job.
