About this property

Facing the sea

The guest has total privacy in the house, therefore, I live in another place, however, visiting the guests when my presence is requested; I leave a phone number to answer them.
The three storey house facing the sea has wonderful panoramic views from the terrace with a space of 40 square meters with chairs and table, this space being most preferred by guests, especially on full moon nights ... undescribable. It has four bedrooms with double bed, two suites and five bathrooms throughout the house, full kitchen, barbecue, living room with cable TV. Capacity for 10 people with all the necessary comfort. The rooms have linen.
Campeche beach is 13 km from the city center, 8 km from the airport and Lagoa da Conceição. In Campeche we have total structure with bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies ...
We have public transport options, bus stop 100 meters from the house, taxi and Uber. If you want to get to know the Island of Campeche, boats make the crossing about 500 meters from the house.
The house is located on a street that ends in front of the sea.

Ótimo lugar

Imóvel em bom estado, como descrito no anúncio. O proprietário Elias é super atencioso e solícito, nos ajudou em todo processo e no que foi preciso durante a estadia. Praia muito boa, de acordo com o que procurávamos.

Nice value for the money

The house was a good value for the price. It is one house away from being right on the beach and the top floor terrace has amazing views as described. The beds were comfortable and everything worked fine. The owner was very nice. I am sure if we would have called him he would have brought over a mop and bucket, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and some beach chairs and towels, but we didn’t. I am giving it five stars as it is exactly as was advertised and we had a great time. For a very small investment, the owner could make it better with more tables, and minimum beach supplies even a thermos is generally sticked in a beach house. I would stay here again.
